George from the Oklahoma City Miracle Method franchise transformed our kitchen counter tops. They are just beautiful, and the surface seems sturdy and resilient. No contractor could be more professional, friendly, and helpful than George, and it was a pleasure having him in our home. His work is exacting. He approached our job with as much diligence and care as I think he would take in his own home. Everything that wasn’t to be coated was carefully masked off, and he hung a plastic tarp to prevent overspray into other areas. He also used ducting to draw fumes out of the house, so the smell wasn’t a problem. Everyone at this franchise is exceptionally helpful and friendly, and we’re so glad we had this work done. We’ve been debating for a few years how to remodel our kitchen. This was by far the best option for us, and we love showing off the results. It was the quickest approach, and, best of all, the least expensive and least messy.

Not really pleased with this process. This is definitely not a good choice for kitchen sinks. Scratches and chips really easy. I had our claw foot bathtub done by this company also. I called three times to explain that the claw feet fell off the bathtub they refinished and installed the feet on. I was told they would check their schedule and call me back to see when they could come out and Check it out. I called two more times after the first call and left messages but never heard back. I definitely would NOT recommend this product. I ended up having to re-install the feet myself. I explained on the first call that I had had this bathtub for over twenty years and the feet never came off. It was quite a terrifying event for my wife to be sitting in this bathtub, full of water, when all of a sudden three of the feet fall off.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience. Called to get a quote on a Monday, they were able to come the same day to give me a bid and the job was complete by Friday afternoon. Came home to a beautiful “brand new” 1940s tub! 5 star customer service as well!

We have used Miracle Method in three of our houses. Each time Ty has done a beautiful job. Chris helped with this last house and he also did a beautiful job. I highly recommend Miracle Method. Stacey came and did the estimate and she was so great to work with.

Miracle Method did a great job on our sink. The technician was courteous and made sure we are happy with the result. The person I dealt with on the phone was knowledgeable and followed up with any questions I had about color and scheduling.

We had Miracle Method come out to a property to refinish the tub. They came quick, apparently there was a job cancellation. We recently had all of the plumbing replaced, before they refinished the tub. The installer said it was required that I replace the drain assembly, (it was brand new) to get him to move forward, I agreed.
He goes about doing his refinish. Great.
A week later I go back to the property. He never came back to finish cleaning up, the drain was never replaced, and all of the trim for the shower were left laying about.
Then I started looking at the tub. They never sanded down the surface. Now I have the texture from the old non-slip flowers on the bottom of my tub.
The quality of work and the care for the client are not a priority with this company.

We are very happy with the work completed on our guest bathroom counter top. The employees were all very professional and great to deal with from the people in the office to the technicians that came to our house. We are excited to get our kitchen and master bath completed as well. Great price and great customer service!

I first e-mailed Jessica a picture of the crack. She secured the appointment that I needed and quoted a reasonable price. George showed up at the exact time agreed upon. He was professional, clean and the repair was as good as new. I am seldom satisfied with the service I get today. I would recommend this company to anyone.This is the way it should be done!

Everyone was so friendly from start to finish. Our Tech George was very knowledgeable and even touched up a spot that he pointed out to me. He cleaned everything up including the floor. We would definitely recommend this company. Thank you Miracle Method for giving my counters a new look.

We had a small surface crack in our jacuzzi tub. We called for an estimate and they came out within a few days. The bid was very reasonable so we accepted and scheduled the service. They came out in about 2 weeks and it took a little over an hour to repair. We were very pleased with the repair and would highly recommend them to others.

My husband and I are extremely disappointed with the professionalism of this business. Their customer service skills are lacking, and they are hateful and rude (as evidenced by many of their replies to the bad reviews on here!). They reglazed our kitchen sink for us in October 2020. There was some bubbling that was covered under the warranty. I called to schedule someone to come out to fix it about a month ago. Both my husband and I work, and cannot leave at a moments notice to be home for a repair person to be there to fix it, so having an appointment where we can expect someone to be there on time is important to us! For the first appointment, they did not come at the scheduled time on my confirmation email. I called Miracle Method to see what was up. The woman who I spoke with on the phone was so rude to me. We were able to get rescheduled, because we were relying on a technician to be there at the scheduled time and my husband couldn't wait for him to arrive since he had to be back at work. We rescheduled, and the appointment was for 9:00 today. I received an email this morning asking if we could do 3:00. She called about 30 minutes ago to see if 11:00 was okay because something opened up. Turns out my husband changed around his schedule to accommodate them for 3:00 and could no longer do the morning. I had told her on the phone I thought 11:00 would be better, but I was wrong. My husband called her a few minutes after she had called me, and she was rude to him and blamed me when he said he couldn't do 11:00. She was rude and hateful every time we spoke - to both me and my husband and made us to feel like their scheduling was our fault and that we were an incredible inconvenience to them, which was insulting. I understand that schedules change, sometimes things get lost in communication, etc. But it seems like they are not willing to extend the same understanding to others. We felt undervalued and like a problem for them. We have cancelled and would rather pay money for nice people to fix our sink rather than have a rude business fix it for free under the warranty.

Tub repair they do a great job. If you want any tile work done, absolutely go somewhere else. Had to call them back to fix it again, they sent the same guy, and it doesn’t look any better.

The experience I had with Ty and George was awesome. Ty did the shower refinishing and was very polite, professional and quick. I have referred them to my Mom who wants to get her shower done. George installed the door, he was friendly, informative and quick also. They both cleaned up when they were done. This company was well worth the money.

I had an old 1970’s yellow tub refinished white. It looks like new again! Tech was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and he left the work area clean. I am very happy with the entire process. I had everything explained to me, appointment was scheduled a week later, tech arrived on time, job was done well. Highly recommend this company.

My wife and I could not be happier with our recent experience with Miracle Method. It was great from beginning to end. The "beginning" was when we stopped by their booth at an OKC Home Show earlier in the year. We had had our shower base resurfaced several years ago, and while we satisfied with the work, we weren't so happy with their "process", which involved some very strong chemicals that lingered in our master bath and master bedroom for 3 days - we couldn't use them during that time. At the Home Show I asked about THEIR process and we were pleased with what we were told. For various reasons and other priorities it took as awhile to set up an appointment. That started with a call to Miracle Method and a visit from their rep Todd. Todd was fantastic - he determined what the best approach was, mentioned some options, and answered all our questions. The final step was the installation by their rep George. What a delightful, and obviously experienced and competent fellow. We had a great visit with George. The install didn't take very long, we got to use our bathroom and bedroom right away, and just had to wait 24 hrs to use the shower again. And of course both the finished product and workmanship were superb. It really IS a "Miracle" Method. We highly recommend the company.

Absolutely amazing results. Shower pan leaked, amateur previous grout job expertly removed, cleaned up and refinished like It was never a seriously hopeless mess. Could not be happier with results. Far exceeded my expectations. Super easy to get quote, service was complete within a week of initial contact. Professional, expert work. Excellent value.

Miracle Method did a great job repairing my fiberglass tub. They were professional, on time, and my tub looks good as new. Stacey, the estimator, was informative and really nice to work with, and Ty, the technician, did a great job. Everything was explained in detail, before and after the repair. Highly recommend.

Very happy I had my vanities resurfaced with Miracle Method Surface Refinishing! The results are beautiful and they were very professional to work with. Even when there was a little confusion, they quickly took care of everything.

The people at Miracle Method were super nice to work with. I was alerted of the time the repairman would be there and I was sent an email of what to expect from his visit. He arrived on time and was very polite. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. When he ran into an issue with my tub, he alerted me right away and gave me the options. When I had a question after the repairs, they were very quick to get back to me. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking to remodel or refresh their home.

On Thursday, 16th May 24 I had an Easy Step bathtub to shower conversion done. I wanted to wait a few weeks to be sure that there were no issue.

I am very satisfied with the conversion. Both the materials and the installation. I believe the individual who did the installation was Mr Barks. The gentleman was professional, courteous, and did a great job leaving my bathroom as clean as it was before he arrived.

I will definitely recommend Miracle Method products and staff to anyone needing resurfacing work done.
