Constraction reviews in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

The customer service at this place sucks I needed some help with bathroom fixtures and a older gentleman just pointed me in the direction and then when he noticed me still looking in a very irritated voice he say's "ma'am they are right there". He could have came and showed me where they were. As I was on the aisle he talked to another employee for about 15 min and then finally came over and asked if I found what I needed and then helped me some. Had he not come back over I would have rated my experience one. There is alot of opportunities for helping customers.

maintenance men get the places and repairs done in a timely manner. Move in process is smooth!
-
Absolutely the worst in Oklahoma
-
Staff is friendly and professional. Made me comfortable and arranged meeting was on time...no waiting.
-
They ripped up the yard to repair a water line leak, and left a huge mound of dirt which they never took care. The neighbors were shocked that such a huge mess wasn't cleaned up by the company. They also did not clean the property upon move in.
-
They hide devices in their tenants home and harrass their tenants. They will follow you, and come into your home without you knowing or putting in a maintenance request. This is not a good rental property for families
-
I would honestly stay away. Slumlord galore....they don't care, took a month to fix our AC we were told to take care of the roaches that were there before we moved in. They're on their own time.Don't expect to get your deposit back. Ghetto housing.

STAY AWAY !! Took two years for them to fix the roof that was leaking into the bathroom.
Over 1 month and have yet to fix the AC
Do yourself a favor and not rent from them!
Bad office staff and "mike" is always unavailable and is only going to fix things at the end of your lease IF you sign a new one -
STAY AWAY! These were the worst years of my life leasing a home from this company. They are rude, unprofessional and fraudulent. They will make you pay for everything and rip you off for your deposit when you move out. They broke several laws during my tenure all the way until the end but I didn’t have the energy to sue them.
-
This company is nothing but a bunch of crooks! They make up reasons so they can charge you then they don't have to pay! I got charged for nail holes that were there when I moved in! Do not rent from this company it will be one of the worst experience in your life when you move out!

PSC Property Management is owned and operated by a self-centered and down-right crooked man. His business will fall apart because he lacks empathy and cannot interact appropriately with other human beings; I have yet to encounter another person who demonstrates such apathy. Some of the houses are in decent condition, others would put him into the category of being a slum-lord. The lease agreement basically absolves him of any responsibility in maintaining his own properties; not that he won't ever make repairs (if it is convenient for him at that moment in time), but he just wants to make sure that legally he doesn't have to. Everything takes too long to get done, however it is not the fault of the office staff, as they simply have no control over making things happen. The owner feels it is necessary that he personally approve every single little thing done; although he is often not even in the office to do so. He is overwhelmed by his own deceitful desire to have his fingers in everything. I would never recommend PSC Property Management to anyone looking to rent a home.
Note: PSC Property Management has a sister company, PSC Homes, which is owned by the same disingenuous man. -
I recently moved out of one of the properties after three or four years. The property is nice and the neighborhood is peaceful, however dealing with the leasing company (PSC Properties) was a headache. The manager in office was not friendly on several occasions whenever I needed anything such as repairs or if I requested information. She always came off very nonchalant with an 'I don't care' attitude. Outside of this the monthly rent increased each year. My unit was not furnished like the others with new appliances so to have to pay almost the same amount as everyone else was not ethical in my opinion. Honestly, the duplex I lived in was nice but its overrated if you are looking to save money. Outside of the monthly rent I paid three utilities. The downside to this was that the unit I lived in at (14211 fairhill) was poorly insolated which caused my OG&E bill to run around 250-300 for at least four months out of the year. I sought help from PSC hoping to reduce the bill. They were not helpful. The documents I provided to them were sent back to me. They did nothing so I moved. This was an awful experience and a money pit.

Interesting is the people on here are complaining and still live in the properties. One moved in under false pretenses and she was lucky to stay. She moved in without being on the lease and she is the one complaining here the most and still lives in properties while everyone else is feeding her cats.

If I could provide 0 stars I would, PSC property is by far and mean by far worse company to rent from. After lease signing, they do a walk through for Maintenance to come in and fix but completely ignore the list so I'm unsure what is the point of them doing so. Mike is by far the worse property owner and his office assistant Tina isn't any better, she has no authority or respect from her boss. Don't know why she would work for someone who doesn't listen to her or tenants request. They ask for you to send email but they don't respond back. Save your time and money, stay far away from these people if you can

This is probably one of the best management companies I’ve ever dealt with. My hot water tank was replaced within a week of it breaking. My AC went out in the dead of summer and that too was replaced within a week! 48 hours actually.
Their maintenance crew is always nice and everyone is super friendly when they come in to my home. Messes have always been picked up when made.
Tina will gladly troubleshoot any issues you have before deciding if it needs to be fixed or not. -
Do not waste your time renting from here!! I pay my rent on time but of course that does not make a difference. Plumbing will never be fixed. Furnace issues will never be fixed!!! There is no emergency line to call! I put in an email for a "work order" and the email gets put in the trash! I emailed two days ago about my furnace I told them when I first moved in that stopped working!! They "fix it" and it breaks again. Here we are two years later with the same problem. I called at 9am Today and still I am waiting for HEAT at 3pm.

Met Traci at the home show she is awesome!

Please do NOT send people door to door knocking and ringing at houses that specifically put up a NO SOLICITING sign. I will never use nor ever suggest a company that has done this and I will actively suggest AGAINST your company. And to throw your junk fliers all over my porch. Rude.

Excel Construction Group did a fantastic job of explaining the process and working with us on making the right decisions on replacing our roof and gutters due to hail damage. They completed the job in a couple of weeks and took care not to damage my flower gardens. They cleaned up the space so well that you would not know we had the roof replaced except for the fact we have an amazing new roof and gutters!!

Excel Construction Group replaced my roof this year and it was a great experience! They provided great customer service throughout the whole process and communication was excellent. Hunter was my contractor and he was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company to take care of your home. Thank you Excel!
