Had a great time at the zoo with my grandchildren! Was really impressed with the sea lion show and the new static artistic displays and the huge Lego statues! There is a bit of construction going on currently, but it will be some nice improvements when completed.
I am especially love the attitudes of the workers at the OKC zoo, they love the animals and have a genuine interest in sharing that love of them with those that visit.

I was having issue with my ac and i actually didn’t what company to call, my thermostat has one heat and airs llc number on it so i decided to give them a try. I was connected to Tommy. Tommy very knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful. Tommy was able to get my ac back running and through this process he was extremely patient Until the end. He went Above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved. He would explain what he was doing and why he was doing it so that I would understand. No matter what questions I asked, he answered them and didn’t make me feel dumb at all. In the past I had these guys install a chiller and maintain a ct machine. I Asked these guys to do a small job for me they refused but then Said if you have bigger jobs we take them on. lol. Yea you will never get work from me again.

I can’t say enough good things about this HVAC company! From the first phone call to the final service, the experience was smooth, professional, and incredibly helpful. The technician arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had everything up and running in no time. They explained the problem clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work, and left the area clean. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, honesty, and great customer service — but this team does exactly that. Highly recommend to anyone needing HVAC work done right!

Totally incompetent crew took 6 hrs on a service call to identify a problem on a KKT Krause Chiller. The part they said was malfunctioning ( fan motor) worked, we had ordered that part from the manufacturer for $ 6800 which now has to be returned.the freight costs for the return is $1600.
The problem was a coolant leak not any of the components they misidentified as faulty. They ripped me off once then the Service Manager wanted to send the same person out a second time around to rip me off a second time around.
I will never use this company again.

Scheduled an appointment for someone to come by re: insulation for my trailer. ( Under the trailer) I called them! Then it was told to me that they don't insulate trailers... Why didn't they just tell me! OR,,,, call for the cancellation!? Big butt heads!!! 😃
That's okay. Found another. Expensive to do! Not common to get this done!
$3,800. Still cold.☃️❄️ Put more carpet down. All is well.
