I requested a quote to fix crack in my shower. Young lady said send address and pics. She said she would text me quote. I waited all day then called back and she had to look up my phone number. Then asked what I was wanting I replied with a text. It's been over a week and no word from them. No quote,no reply, nothing! I would expect at least a courtesy call or even a text saying they cant help me from a 4.8 star rating on google!! Thanks google!!

Thanks for finally replying! I did not receive any follow up from you or your office manager. My house is 43 minutes from your business. Why would you ask for my address if you did not check where it is? If a 43 minute drive is too far for you to help a customer no matter how small the job wow! I requested repair and resurface the tub! Please look it up. I will not change my rating. I wish your business the best and Happy Holidays!!

They are great to work with. Mathew redid our tub and added grab bars. He is a very professional young man. Cleaned up the mess. It looks great. Will recommended them to others. Always on time also.

Just watched a driver for this company almost run a car off the road. Not using blinkers and having a missing headlight. Not only did he almost run the car off the road he slowed down to yell at the car. Y’all need to do more drug tests and revamp your workers

They were on time as promised, very nice and answered all my questions before they started. The only problem I had was when they blasted the finish off my existing tub, they did not cover anything in the bathroom. Dust and spray was everywhere. Also, spray and particles caused a few "bumps" in the bottom of the tub but they came out promptly and fixed it. I would certainly use them again.

What a great job Dee did on our window sill. He is truly a professional and he has such a pleasing personality. We really enjoyed meeting and getting to talk with him. It was a nice experience for us and we are very pleased with the results. A quality job.

liked our shower work so much, that we had them come back and do a vanity. Am also thinking of doing our kitchen counters in a few months as well. Loved the service, explanation of process and the work was outstanding. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

What a beautiful shower and tub surround I know have. Tile and grout that was very outdated and difficult to keep clean has now been transformed into a beautiful modern spa. Tyler was the best. Did everything perfectly and was very cautious of the surroundings. I would recommend Miracle method highly to all my friends.

We have used Miracle Method on two different bathroom projects. Both projects turned out great!! Highly recommend and will use them again and again on future projects. We used a competitor on our first project a couple of years ago. The quality of the work is no where close and currently plan to have Miracle Method redo that bathroom.

George from the Oklahoma City Miracle Method franchise transformed our kitchen counter tops. They are just beautiful, and the surface seems sturdy and resilient. No contractor could be more professional, friendly, and helpful than George, and it was a pleasure having him in our home. His work is exacting. He approached our job with as much diligence and care as I think he would take in his own home. Everything that wasn’t to be coated was carefully masked off, and he hung a plastic tarp to prevent overspray into other areas. He also used ducting to draw fumes out of the house, so the smell wasn’t a problem. Everyone at this franchise is exceptionally helpful and friendly, and we’re so glad we had this work done. We’ve been debating for a few years how to remodel our kitchen. This was by far the best option for us, and we love showing off the results. It was the quickest approach, and, best of all, the least expensive and least messy.

Not really pleased with this process. This is definitely not a good choice for kitchen sinks. Scratches and chips really easy. I had our claw foot bathtub done by this company also. I called three times to explain that the claw feet fell off the bathtub they refinished and installed the feet on. I was told they would check their schedule and call me back to see when they could come out and Check it out. I called two more times after the first call and left messages but never heard back. I definitely would NOT recommend this product. I ended up having to re-install the feet myself. I explained on the first call that I had had this bathtub for over twenty years and the feet never came off. It was quite a terrifying event for my wife to be sitting in this bathtub, full of water, when all of a sudden three of the feet fall off.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience. Called to get a quote on a Monday, they were able to come the same day to give me a bid and the job was complete by Friday afternoon. Came home to a beautiful “brand new” 1940s tub! 5 star customer service as well!

We have used Miracle Method in three of our houses. Each time Ty has done a beautiful job. Chris helped with this last house and he also did a beautiful job. I highly recommend Miracle Method. Stacey came and did the estimate and she was so great to work with.

Miracle Method did a great job on our sink. The technician was courteous and made sure we are happy with the result. The person I dealt with on the phone was knowledgeable and followed up with any questions I had about color and scheduling.

We had Miracle Method come out to a property to refinish the tub. They came quick, apparently there was a job cancellation. We recently had all of the plumbing replaced, before they refinished the tub. The installer said it was required that I replace the drain assembly, (it was brand new) to get him to move forward, I agreed.
He goes about doing his refinish. Great.
A week later I go back to the property. He never came back to finish cleaning up, the drain was never replaced, and all of the trim for the shower were left laying about.
Then I started looking at the tub. They never sanded down the surface. Now I have the texture from the old non-slip flowers on the bottom of my tub.
The quality of work and the care for the client are not a priority with this company.
