I used Ram Jack to address my foundation issues. They came out on date/time scheduled and was very professional and provided me with all the details during the installation. The crew was hard working and quick plus clean up was excellent. I highly recommend Ram Jack.

One of the few foundation companies that do the job correctly. They won’t sell you something you don’t need, and they know exactly what they’re doing. Though I hope to never need them again, I’ll gladly give them my business a second time.

The American leveling crew came in and had my foundation fixed within four hours. Period they were very efficient and professional and I appreciate that. I highly recommend them.

I contacted Ram Jack American Leveling to repair the foundation for my elderly aunts. These guys were amazing. Chuck explained everything and made the whole process easy. Luke and his crew did a great job. They covered furniture and walls to limit the amount of dust and dirt. They even cleaned up everything after the job was done. They were very patient and respectful with my aunt asking questions and sometime getting in their way. I feel they went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this company.

We had concerns about some settling. We have a sloped backyard and have a retaining wall around one corner of our house. I called another company and that company (no names) was a little pushy and i felt like they were trying to over sale. I called Ramjack and Bobby came out. He was super honest, told me to watch it for a while but eventually it would probably need piers. I told him, no i want to do it before issues. Crew came out, did an amazing job. Super efficient, courteous and just bad ass. I watched the whole time (because i like to learn) and they had no issues with that. I am in the service industry and this company and these crews are top notch. 110% recommend without hesitation.

Consulted with Bobby today on foundation issues on our house. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in explaining how to get to the root issue and fix things the right way for the long term. No quick cheaper fix (like we were sold from another foundation repair company) but doing it right. Wish we would have used them the first time and gotten it fixed correctly. Now we will have to spend even more to get it done right.

Repeat customer. They are very responsive and very informative. Crews always professional and protect/clean up the workspace great. I hope we don’t have to in the future, but we will use them again if needed. They are not the cheapest, but your homes structural integrity is nothing to shop around on or trust to a “multi specialty”person/company. Foundations is all these folks do.

I met with Bobby regarding my parents home. I thought it may have needed some work done because of interior cracks. He explained what he would be looking for if it did need work and said it wasn’t there. He was punctual, kind and honest. I really appreciate not being taken just because something “looked” like it might be an issue. Would definitely recommend RamJack!!

This crew could not possibly have been more professional, prompt, efficient or friendly. They even went above and beyond to help me uncover another, separate issue. Even when I had a slight problem after the repair, they came out and made it right with no pushback whatsoever. And the price was VERY competitive. Will definitely use again if needed or recommend to my friends and family.

The salesman Bobby was honest and didn't try to sell what want needed that other companies recommended but said to keep an eye on it and call back if needed. They did repair another area. Their price was slightly higher than the lowest bidder but I researched this and their equipment is far superior. They even dropped the price a little too help. The installers were happy to explain everything to me and let me watch the process as much as I wanted to. There were a lot of workers so it went fast and they left it looking like nothing had ever happened. I feel very confident, and an
more than pleased!

We ended up using another foundation company to correct ongoing foundation issues after experiencing multiple problems over the years that were never property resolved. In fact, another foundation company was the result of excessive foam pumped into our foundation, which made things worse.

Throughout the process, Ram Jack came out every single time we called for their opinion. They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was actually needed to fix the problem. Even though their recommendation wasn't what we wanted to hear, it ultimately proved to be the only real solution.

Ram Jack clearly understood how the repairs needed to be done and executed the work exactly as promised. Their process was seamless. Every single person we came into contact was fantastic!

So far, everything has been great! We hope to never need another foundation company again, but if we do, Ram Jack will always be our first call.

They came out quick to do an estimate, scheduling was easy, the crew came out as scheduled and were quick and efficient, kind and helpful above and beyond what was expected. Finished as advertised, the crew cleaned up after themselves and if I hadn't seen them at my house and known what they did, I am not sure I would have known they were even there! I do wish there was an online payment option, however, the Team was still considerate and helpful in possible options for payment. The office team was quick and helpful to my parents who dropped of the payment and printed information useful for the future of my home. I could not be more pleased with this company and their work!

They do excellent work, keep you informed, and do not exceed the bid (no surprise charges). If they need to drill a hole on your floor, they drill the smallest hole that fits the piers.

My only complaint is that the only financing option shown in their web page (Wisetack) has very high APR. RAM Jack also finances through EnerBank/Regions Bank which has reasonable APR and good costumer service. This option, however, is not listed on RAM Jack's web page. You need to ask for the info for EnerBank/Regions Bank.

These folks are great and very pleasant to work with. Doug came out and we reviewed what needed to be done. He only recommended the trouble area and told me he there was no reason and should lift the other areas of the house. On the agreed date they called and showed up about an hour early. The immediately began to start digging. They did a great job the lift is perfect job. The places where they filled in the cracks in the brickwork is undetectable and they filled in and put the yard back. You can't even tell they were here and they were done in less than 4 hours. I recommend highly.

Javier and Jesus introduced themselves and validated the work they were going to complete, I went out while there were still working and they show me what they had done and explained the whole process very thoroughly. Upon completion, I was told I can drive on it immediately. I'm very pleased with this crew and their work.

Nate and Tyler did a great job. Vesta had worked on my driveway before and when I called them to ask about warranty they were glad to come out. There was a void where they had filled years ago and the caulking was pulling apart. They filled the void and recaulked the seams no questions asked. They stand behind their repairs and the Nate and Tyler crew knew what they were doing and resolved my concerns.

Javier, Jesus and Sergio were very professional and efficient. They did a great job and explained everything so we could understand what they were doing. I Highly recommend these guys for any future repairs.
