OKC Roofers replaced my roof this past summer. Owen was my rep throughout the process and he made life very easy for me. He even sealed some of my problem areas where leaks were occurring at no charge. He caulked everything he could find that might've caused a problem until the roof was replaced. Overall, a 10/10 experience.

I waited to write this review until I felt enough time passed to determine if the job was done right. After going through a few storms and some high winds, it appears the roof is as solid as I hoped it would be. Looks great, too.

First thing I'll mention is a how great the customer service aspect was. I spoke with about 5-6 roofing companies and OKC Roofers was the only one that was motivated to deal with my insurance. Owen also met with the insurance adjuster twice (a storm hit during their first meeting so had to postpone) on my behalf. Prior to the meeting, Owen climbed on the roof and identified all the areas of concern. He took pictures and used chalk to highlight anything noticeable. The roof was totaled instantly once the adjuster finished the inspection. From that point Owen and his team communicated with my insurance company to get more items included on the payout (gutters, sheathing, etc). I just had to take the phone calls with the adjuster and accept the payments. Completely shocked at how easy it was getting the money. Especially after all the stories I've heard from others. Again, 10/10.

Second thing to mention is the quality of materials and workmanship. Took one day to pull the roof off and replace it! We went with a class 4 impact resistant shingle along with a dark brown finish to match the house. Pictures don't do the job justice for how well it all came out (which is also why I did not include any with this review. However, I may amend the review to include pics if I find some decent ones). The crew also used a magnet roller on the yard and cleaned up all the obvious roof trash that fell around the house. That in itself was a big job. 10/10

Last thing I'll mention is the price which was fair. Every house is different so you have to determine what it's "worth" to you. For me, having someone manage the insurance portion from start to finish and get a top quality roof in return was well worth the price OKC Roofers charged me. You get what you pay for and I feel I got a great roof in return.

So thank you to Owen and OKC Roofers for the experience and end product. I'll be a repeat customer as long as they're around.

I highly recommend this Company! Our initial contact began with Britton Miller. He was knowledgeable and up front with what we should expect moving forward as this was our first experience with a New Roof. He followed through with all our communication as he stated! We had a follow up with Britton & Ty prior to the installation as well as follow up afterwards. Both of which was also a pleasant experience. They showed up on time the day scheduled and had the entire roof replaced within that day as planned and discussed! They cleaned up the property and left very minimal nails behind (it's impossible to get them ALL) treated my property with respect and even assisted me with my homeowners insurance when they attempted to underpay! Hands down recommend this business for your roofing needs! I was not disappointed

I live in Greenbriar Park in South OKC. OWEN from OKC Roofers knocked on my door and offered to inspect my roof and resealed my ventilation flashing while he was up there! Very nice, and professional. Highly recommended.

I highly recommended this company, especially for my case was a little hard to get approve again since too many roofers companies had tried but they all just gave up without saying anything. But Britton is the man, took him almost 6 months to got me approval again with a lot of back and forth works and travel, Britton was always stay on top of his job. I’m really happy that I finally got my roof replace by OKC roofers.

My experience with OKC Roofers has been fantastic! I was unsure about how to go about getting my roof replaced, but TJ was able to come by and let me know that insurance should cover my roof damage. TJ came out to meet my insurance and make sure the process flowed smoothly. TJ was able to get the roof bought and it’s currently being installed! Will 10/10 recommend them as a contractor moving forward!

I reached out to okc roofers because I had a leak coming into my living room when it rained and Joe came out the next day and found a few issues. He fixed 2 of them for free since we are supposed to get rain tonight which was so kind and showed me pictures of the problems he found and put together a quote for me. He was kind and informative and very helpful! I’d recommend them to anyone!

Tyler from OKC Roofers stopped by to inspect my mothers house, and he did a wonderful job. He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything he found. Owen Sutton came out to inspect my roof. While he did, he noticed one of my vents was loose. He went ahead and fixed it for me while he was up there at no cost. My roof was good but I will definitely use his services when I need.

Owen stopped by and was able to seal some of the flashing on my roof that had started to lift!! Super quick and friendly!! Highly recommended!

I'll start with saying this, I'm big on personal experiences and Britton is the whole reason I decided to go with OKC Roofers. This man was excellent at breaking everything down and explaining the whole process of what he was doing and looking for in his inspection. He provided visual aids to help us decide on upgrading some things along with a new roof.
Our old roof was dated and needed to be replaced as soon as possible because we were struggling to get insured after being dropped because of the old roof.
Okc Roofers got it done within the same week from the time we scheduled an inspection(same day) to the time the new roof was installed.
As long as Britton is there, OKC Roofers will have me as a returning customer for my future house projects.

Owen is great dude! Good communication, he showed up on time and got to work. Fixed my issue in little to no time. And when he got done he inspected the rest of the roof for any issues and let me know he fixed another area and that my roof was good!! Highly recommended

I had a great experience with OKC Roofers. Tyler came out and inspected our roof, helped us deal with the insurance company, and helped us with our full replacement and some fascia issues we had. The guys were courteous and cleaned up after the job well. I highly recommend using them.

Couple of gentleman from OKC Roofers showed up to my property to ask if I’d like to have single shingle fixed they had noticed sticking up from the street. They took care of it at no cost! They seem very professional and do a great job at what they do. Will definitely be reaching out to them in the future for roof replacement!

The main reason I’m giving five stars is because of their quick response time and willingness to fix the issue on the spot. I called, and within one day they had already responded, assessed the damage, and were ready to make repairs immediately.
What really stood out was the inspection report they sent me. I was out of the city at the time, and the detailed pictures with written explanations helped tremendously. While on the phone, they walked me through each photo, explaining exactly what was wrong, what it would take to fix it, and how much it would cost. Having everything visually documented made me feel confident and informed about the situation.
Another company had given me a quote for the same issues, but seeing the actual damage through their report made a huge difference. It felt much more transparent and professional to be able to review everything myself instead of just being told what was wrong.
Honestly, I expected them to assess the damage and schedule a repair for later, but the fact that they were willing to fix it right then and there was impressive. With a big snowstorm predicted for January 23rd, it was a huge relief knowing I was being taken care of before the weather hit.

I would absolutely recommend OKC roofers for your roofing needs! We bought our house with an older (and ugly) roof and were told it did not meet replacement requirements. OKC roofers came out for a free evaluation and told us there was sufficient hail damage for replacement. I think our roofers were TJ and Cameron? They were both very professional and helpful all along the way. We filed an incident report with help from TJ. When our insurance scheduled their inspection TJ made sure he was there to assure a proper evaluation. Our insurance inspector noted the damage and awarded us financial aid, but not nearly enough. OKC roofers fought for more money to cover the entire cost of the roof and gutters, minus our deductible. Our roof and gutters were installed over a few days, they said usually it takes a day or two, we were out of town so it didn’t matter much. All in all a great experience and we love our new roof and gutters!

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the crew from OKC Roofers, especially my rep TJ. They arrived on time, explained the roof repair process clearly, and completed the job quickly and neatly. The pricing was fair and the work quality exceeded my expectations, so I would definitely hire them again for any roof replacement.
