Horrible company. They were supposed to come by and only empty out my living room and dining room. Instead, they also emptied my entire bedroom and office. Now I need to unpack over 20 boxes to get what I need to live in my house. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I had a pipe bust on my hot water heater, spraying water into the attic while I was out of town. Aero packed all my stuff out and stored it during the restoration. They ripped out all of the mold infested materials and supplied the drying equipment. When the reconstruction was done, they brought everything back and cleaned everything to the point, you could eat on the floor. (Don't ask me how I know.)

The only down side, when they are done, you won't want to live in your house. It will be so clean you will be afraid to breath on it. You almost want to have a flood every week, just to have them give the house a good scrub.

We had a fire that happened in our home causing damage to our kitchen and smoke damage through out our home.

The crew with Aero was punctual and friendly. They got our house packed and stored away. They got all of the smoke cleaned out of our house which included having to do an airduct cleaning. When repairs were completed and it was time to put our contents back they were timely and quick.
It was as if nothing had happened.
I would 1000% recommend and reuse Aero.

I have used Aero Cleaning several times. The latest incident was for a flooding and sewer backup. They came quickly, brought plenty of the industrial fans & dehumidifiers, remediated the water damage, cleaned my fixtures and ductwork, removed ruined items including affected drywall, baseboards, carpet, etc. Large rugs had to be bagged and removed and they were very careful not to make a mess removing items from my house. They gave clear instructions and info for next steps. They worked clean, even bringing corner guards to keep from damaging baseboards and paint. My cleanup required several trips over several days and they were on time or called to let me know if they were running a few minutes late. Every employee on every trip was polite and respectful. I could hear some “on the job training” going on during one trip, and they were even polite when speaking to each other. Some of the employees have been with the company a long time, which speaks highly of a company’s ownership and management. I would highly recommend Aero for any restoration job.

I had a bit of surface-level mold in our bathroom. I shot a brief video over to their team to see if it was even worth coming out to our house. Their team was incredibly honest and suggested that I self-treat this form of mold because it was the most non-threatening type of mold that exists. Thanks for the quick evaluation and free advice!
