Over the last two years Acme Construction has completed four projects for me. They exceeded my expectations on each project. The cost of each project was fairly priced. Each project was completed in a timely manner. I have found David Crossley to be straight forward and of high integrity, extremely and qualified in expertise. I am showing two pictures of projects. One is of a concrete deck with ramp that replaced a fifty year old wood deck. The second is of a covered driveway entrance that had to be repaired. An Amazon delivery driver busted two beams trying to drive their vehicle through with having adequate clearance rendering it unstable.

They were great to work with! Very prompt and friendly service. They took care of our awning needs within 2 days. We definitely recommend their services!!

OKCPool Removal/Acme construction did a fantastic job removing my pool. Their prices were reasonable. They had great communication even took care of the small details like paitning the welds on the fence when they put it back together. 100% recommend. I have already engaged them for my next project

Terrible. Attempted warranty service. Multiple attempts to schedule, kept losing schedule. Attempted to escalate and they hung up after suggesting they had called - I offered to show callerid and list of VM. Spoke with 3 different people and could not get a schedule - kept pushing out. Unprofessional.

Front desk was exceptional. I was blown away. Tech got there earlier than predict. Fixed mo problems. I did have to call to very since I wasn't home. A courtesy call would be a nice peace of mind. Otherwise perfect. Even provided some advice and education. I would definitely recommend.

I had a water problem that was covered by warranty. I called and talked with a very nice receptionist, Stephanie, who took all my information. Even though the technicians were pretty much covered with other jobs, they made it to my house to correct my problem. I was anxious to get it repaired as it had been out of service for several days. Can you imagine no shower for multiple days? The technicians were very thorough, quick, and no mess. For my future needs, I will be using Industrial Plumbing & Heating, Inc.

Called to schedule a warranty call and they said they’d be there at 1 pm on Thursday. Called at 2:45 asking where they were and the receptionist said they were running behind and would be there. They never showed. Called at 8 am Friday and she claimed they lost the invoice. When I politely told her that because it’s a hotel and we really need the water heater functioning for the weekend she hung up on me.

Tried to get them to do some warranty work, refused to come out, saying that i am outside of their 50 mile limit when address to address is 40 miles, zip code miles are 43. Kept sending my calls to voice mail, refused to answer phone after I said I would give them a call back to schedule after i made sure what my water heater warranty would and would not cover. Just kept sending me to voice mail. Poor customer service. Would not recommend.

Have been battling a hot water issue for almost a year. 2 separate companies could not determine issue. These guys diagnosed and fixed in a few hours. I got their name from a plumbing supply here in town. Said “they are the best”. And he was 100% correct. It’s just amazing what a competent tradesman can do. Don’t do average. Because that’s exactly what you’ll get. New favorite plumber !

Gentle man called and verified my hot water heater model and my address. Showed up 30 minutes later. Very polite and professional even laughed at my puppy trying to chew his short pants leg. Came in with everything and fixed my tank quickly. So nice and respectful explained my problem all in less than 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend and if needed will use again.
