Couldn’t be happier with the inspection services that this company offers. Ed is very professional and takes his time with home/termite/ and water samples for loan purposes. 100% would recommend and will use again.

He did amazing work. He even found the wrong type of screw in the electrical panel that was mixed by the previous inspector according to our seller. He went over the photos and what needed to be fixed and was able to answer our questions. He even had snack bags for us if we wanted them!

Arrowhead Home Inspections is a great company to work with. Edward Hagstrom came early to the appointment and was very through with the inspection. He was friendly and answered all of our questions and made sure we knew the process. The inspection was very thorough (also stated by the builder/seller-ha!). Ed was amazing, bringing snacks, water and chairs was thoughtful and kind. This was service and customer service above and beyond and you don’t need that often enough these days. If there were more stars, I would give those too! Gave Ed a call on a potential home we are under contract on. He was very professional and outlined everything regarding our home inspection. He pointed things out as he came across them and noted things to look out for in the home inspection, even though they were fine. The Property Inspection Guide was incredibly helpful, providing average timespans for items regarding the home, as well as understanding the home and how things work. Ultimately, the bag of snacks and water were a nice bonus for him to provide. I will continue using him, as well as recommend him for all of my friends home inspection needs.

Ed provided excellant service in timing, content, professionalism and knowledge. We plan on making additional residential purchases in the Norman area and Ed will be handling all inspections going forward.

Edward was very thorough. He spent 5 hours at the house and included pictures of all problem areas. I have never had such a complete inspection before. I even came back with a lot of follow-up questions and he answered all of them on a timely manner. I would definitely use him again and refer him to others.

Ed is fantastic! He is professional and kind, and very thorough in his work. We had a slight issue with the realtor/listing agent and access to the house but he was very patient. He brought little snack bags, water, and chairs for us to sit while he did the inspection. He was great at answering any questions we had, and left us with a home binder which had lots of home maintenance info, places to note details about the house, and a newsletter that will inform us of any recalls on our appliances! I would definitely use his company again, and recommend him to anyone!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Their hours are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Saturday, and 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Sunday. I called on Tuesday to schedule an inspection and the inspection was done 2 days later on Thursday. The 65-page report was ready Friday. The report was very thorough and included Summary Pages. Their inspections also include participation in HomeBinder (a company similar to Angi but also including the ability to connect your utilities in one step when you are ready to take possession of the home). Their customer service is amazing. I received a call from them less than a week after the inspection was done to see if I had any questions for them to answer. The inspection fee was reasonable and they do offer a discount for a follow-up inspection. I have also received a reasonable number of follow-up emails to be sure I was happy with their service. The company is veteran-owned. Not only has Edward served our country, but knows how to serve clients well.

Ed came much out of his way when we were in a mortgage bind. He did the termites and the home inspection. Solid job, very fast and efficient, responsive on the phone. We really loved the clear easy to read and understand report (with visuals!) that helped us understand what that house is all about. Check out how easy to read he makes it in my pictures. Super helpful for us to prioritize our repairs needed. Glad to support our locally owned veteran businesses. Thankful we came across Ed, for BETTER than military grade inspections! 😉
