This team is super professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Jason runs a well oiled machine of a company and has the knowledge and experience that many are lacking in this business. He expects big things from his team and it shows. Highly recommend them!

Jason and his crew are the most reliable and professional business I have encountered in a long time! We have used Brassfield for tree removal, tree and shrub trimming and landscaping. Jason gives you a fair quote and does exactly what he says. Extremely trustworthy and excellent work!!! Highly recommend!!

Awesome service and office lady was extremely nice!!

The owner is extremely greedy, unkind and ungrateful. My flowerbed was absolutely butchered. I don't understand how putting a weedeater head to the mulch is taking care of the flower bed. I watched Jason (owner) physically butcher my flower bed and am absolutely livid. Your employees seem unhappy, especially with the way I heard you speak to them on my cameras. I'm absolutely disgusted with this behavior and will never use this service again. I advise the same to others.

I reached out to Brassfield Landscaping requesting a quote. I was told they would come out to my house to provide a quote on Saturday. Saturday came and went. No quote or any follow up. Sadly, that is not very professional. If they could not make it, a simple message indicating that they are unable to make it to my house would have been appreciated. I ended up messaging them back stating that I had completed
the weeding of my own flowerbed. That was my courtesy to them in case they decided to swing by on Monday. I figured I would save them the gas and mileage. They read my message, but didn’t even respond. Not even a, “We apologize for not committing to our agreement.” I would look elsewhere for lawn care needs.

Unprofessional Conduct and Threats: A Cautionary Tale of Brassfield Landscaping Company

My recent encounter with Brassfield Landscaping Company at Skyler's Court has left me deeply troubled and disheartened by the utter lack of professionalism and decency displayed by its owner and employees.

The incident unfolded when a member of Brassfield's landscaping team inadvertently damaged my car while working in the vicinity of Skyler's Court. Seeking to address the issue and ensure proper restitution, I approached the owner of Brassfield Landscaping Company.

To my shock and dismay, instead of acknowledging fault and offering to rectify the damage, the owner responded with verbal threats and aggression. He brazenly threatened to kick my car door if I didn't vacate the premises immediately.

This reprehensible behavior is utterly inexcusable. As a customer who has suffered property damage through no fault of my own, I should be met with understanding, accountability, and a commitment to make things right. Instead, I was met with hostility and intimidation.

It is deeply troubling that a business owner would resort to such unprofessional conduct, especially in response to a legitimate concern raised by a customer. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on Brassfield Landscaping Company but also raises serious questions about its integrity and commitment to customer service.

In light of this distressing experience, I strongly caution others against engaging with Brassfield Landscaping Company. No one should have to endure threats and intimidation simply for seeking resolution to a problem caused by the negligence of others. Customers deserve better treatment and respect from the companies they choose to patronize.

Initially, he offered to paint our SUV himself, estimating that it would cost him $60 to paint the pearl white door panel. We declined this offer.

Secondly, he provided us with his company truck insurance instead of business liability insurance. He then directed us to call his insurance agent, who was unsure whether he had business insurance.

Thirdly, when we approached him again requesting business insurance, he threatened to kick our car door because we had asked for his employee's name while on the phone with the "car insurance company". The representative on the phone heard the threat.

Contrary to his claims, we did not misinterpret the situation.

I did not hire this company for work. However, they worked on my neighbors house and was spreading topsoil around there yard and for some reason they had no common sense on property line and caked my yard in topsoil. Guy refused to clean it up and could tell he was just a punk off the streets that lacks common sense. Before leaving they blew all the dirt on to my drive way. Disrespectful company. I would be very careful with this company as the work they did was also very crappy.

Just had a road rage incident with a man driving a work truck with this companies name. The man was tailgating me, and flipped me off while speeding past me on a 2 lane road. I was going 25mph through an active school zone next to Bryant Elementary School. This was on Sep. 30th 2025 at 3:20pm. Defiantly will not be referring or using this company in the future.

From the moment I called, I was treated like a priority and although I may be picky, the office staff was patient, not pushy in any way and answered my questions and concerns. I signed the estimate and within a short amount of time the crew arrived. I am nothing but shocked with the amazing work they did, professional and polite, well mannered young men. I strongly recommend this company, and wish these young men all the success in the world! 10/10 I am signing up for their weed control, mowing, and irrigation packages also! I guess these guys do it all, I'll be a customer for life!

Awesome job! They filled in an old pond that had not been in use for a while. Also removed old raised beds & several trees. Leveled the backyard & added sod. We are are very happy with the way it turned out. Thank you Nelson crew! We would definitely recommend them!!

Drainage was completed and sod was laid. They even came back after a rain to adjust drains and reroute the drainage.
Just hope the sod takes, but it looks great.
Plan on using this same service for part 2 in front flower beds

After the BIG freeze a couple of years ago, I lost 90% of my plants in the back yard! Didn't realize how bad it was until I saw one of Nelson Landscaping ads in a local magazine. They came looked at my problem and came up with an affordable and great looking design. Thanks to the hard work of the crew that did the installation. Very painless to me and Gracie (my big dog).

I was very impressed with Nelson Landscaping. They were great at the initial design and were also really good communicators during the project. They put sod in our backyard and took out all the old sod which was Bermuda and was not growing very well, it looks wonderful. I’m very satisfied with all their services and would highly recommend them to others.

My first time to use Nelson landscaping and it didn’t disappoint! Replaced my entire front yard with a new strain of Bermuda grass. The attention to detail and follow through were excellent. I also appreciated the install crew making sure we knew how to properly care for the new turf. Also, Andy, the owner, called me personally to make sure I was pleased. Would recommend Nelson landscaping to anyone. Not the last project we will do together! A+

Nelson Landscaping did a great job designing and installing new hardscape, landscape, and lighting at my front yard. My PM Justin and Foreman Darwin were great communicators and hit all their dates.

I had Nelson Landscaping add three additional zones to my existing sprinkler system and landscape the area behind my fence. Once started the work was completed as promised. We used Nelson Landscape to spruce up the boring new build landscaping. They came out and extended the existing flower bed. Added a planting area around the tree, and moved the existing plants to improve the overall look. We also had them rip out the patchy bermuda grass on the sides of the house and lay decomposed granite. No more muddy side yards!
The crew of Darwin, Edwin and Fito did a fantastic job. The dream team were very professional. Highly recommend them!
