This place has a huge selection of plants and gardening stuff, and they must be doing a lot of business because every time I go there, they are jam packed with customers.

Very rude watched as your employee told an eighty year old woman we are closing I can't take your things out. The man who said this spoke like a woman. The woman struggled with a heavy cart her purse and keys as she attempted to put her things into her car infront of your store where it is very slanted. . Her plants were falling and the cart rolling away.and myself and my husband helped her. The same man had the audacity to tell my husband that he couldn't bring the cart back in. I will never darken your door again.
The treatment of an elderly woman was outrageous. She only had to be looked at to realize that she could manage her two large plants and two flats of flowers. I
Shame on you iwill take my business elsewhere.

I went to one over there at Northwest expressway told them that I needed somebody's help. I was spending $650 and I'll let you know that place is expensive there's no discounts on anything I've been to a lot of garden centers they wouldn't even give me a landscapers discount to get that you had to go to the main office and fill out application which I found it to be very inconvenient. I think if they wasn't worried about getting every dollar they could they might make twice as much money than what they make now volume makes up all sales wasn't too thrilled to be ignored and spend that much money. Would have been out of there 30 minutes sooner if somebody would have just filled my order

Be careful what you buy here, out of the many trees I have bought I would estimate 80% have died within 2 weeks of planting. your much better off ordering from the arbor day

Best garden center in Oklahoma city. Staff is friendly and helpful. Plants are in amazing condition and they are more than happy to give you some advice. Could not be happier with this year's flowers.

I know WHAT!!!! A two star when everyone is giving them a 5 stars. Well based on my most recent experience that i got.. which was the one of the worst shopping experiences - I think I'm being quite fair. I waited 30 minutes before someone even acknowledged me...even though there were no other customers (Not sure if they thought that I worked there? Or maybe thought I looked like a professional gardner.. that had it all under control?) I knew exactly what i wanted so i was walking around the outside plants...waited patiently for the 2 outside sales people to help their current customers..... only for them to just ignore me? Thankfully some other guy eventually came up and asked me if i wanted help and got me what I needed. Just overall not a good experience. Needed 2 large plants for the front of the house -- and ended up spending close to $300. I hope the plants last... this price also includes the delivery and planting.... which hopefully is a much better experience.

You can tell their plants are well cared for! Also, the staff is so pleasant and patient! They worked with me to find a plant that fits my lifestyle. They also taught me how to care for my new friend. Definitely glad I went!

Great selection of plants. Employees are friendly.

The prices were so high and the selection was small. The same sized single annual plants at other stores are $3-4 less than the ones sold here in bigger pots. They also didn’t have any multipacks. They got two stars because they have an adorable cat at the registers.

Lots of plants and pottery, prices were typical but for Memorial Day weekend, I expected a better sale.

Being new to Oklahoma from the Pacific Northwest I was delighted to find this nursery and every visit and phone call has gifted me with excellent customer service from professional, friendly and knowledgeable employees.

It becomes obvious very quickly that I am not a gardening savant! So I have appreciated suggestions and polite intelligent patient answers to all my questions leaving me feeling more in control and informed.
These folks know everything about plants planting and availability, just ask.

Normally I scan all reviews before visiting any new place.
So to the fellow who only gave 2 stars complaining he watched 2 outside employees finish helping their customers and then felt ignored, why didn’t he just ask them for help? Perhaps they just didn’t see him while he saw them, was it a test? Because how much effort does it take being proactive enough to ask for help? I mean really…
I just bought a house last year and there is a lot of landscaping that needs to be done and I can recommend that this is the place to go.

I have always had a good experience at TLC. There have been a few occasions where the staff seemed disinterested and a bit lazy. These appeared to be young people. My experience as a long-time gardener finds that there appears to be two tiers of staff, those who absolutely love gardening and are very knowledgeable, and those who really don't have any knowledge base at all.
Ex: Watching kids watering plants that are very obviously suffering from over watering and are suffering from chlorosis, and placed in shady corners of the store.
But, you can find the same level of ignorance at Home Depot. Signs telling the buying public to plant their Blue Green " Elegans " Hostas in full sun. Botanical disaster.

First time visit, found the plant I'd only seen on the internet. So of course I had to get it!
Dolphin cactus. (Not the official name)

My wife and I recently went to midnight madness and the plant selection was amazing! Anna helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for the help!

Great store! The lady there was very helpful. They were out of the product I needed. So she called the other location on Memorial, and found what I needed in under a minute. Great prices too! They saved the day. My husband has wanted a bonsai tree for a long time, and it’s his birthday. They came by recommendation from multiple people when I asked on Facebook for recs.

I texted beforehand to check availability of the plants I was interested in before coming.

They had a large selection of trees, herbs, flowers, etc. They also have pots, equipment and accessories like wind chimes. There's a big wall selection of seeds too! I got lavender, a few types of basil, rosemary and a pepper plant.

The staff was friendly and the prices are really reasonable compared to a store like walmart. Plus there are cats inside that are super sweet!!

I bought two Red Ghost Pepper plants here a few weeks ago, and a Carolina Reaper from the Memorial location.

Turns out, they aren't Ghosts at all. They aren't even a capsicum chinenses. They're a type of capsicum annuum. It's pretty likely my Reaper isn't actually a Reaper either.

I like TLC, the employees are friendly and helpful and the selection is great. I would just advise against buying any superhot pepper plants here.
