Had a quote set up from door to door inquiry. 😫 You never know, right? But these guys are different! Hear me out...
Fully visible badges. Clearly denoting their business and reason for stopping by. Respectful to the utmost level. No pressure to sell, just set an appointment for a free quote. For sure! Who doesn't want info on something you know you need but slips to the bottom of the list.
Quote appointment arrives, Mason was our rep. He is phenomenal. Looked over the house. Took measurements, inspected existing gutters, soffits, down spouts. The whole nine. Gave specific recommendations for us. Expressed valid concerns with demonstrable photo evidence. The LeafFilter system literally sells itself. It's head and shoulders above its next closest counterpart (he has samples to review and see/feel the difference yourself). But it's expensive...Mason is a realist. THE realist most respectable sales person ever. Dude went over options; discussed their lifetime, transferable warranty, and then we discussed payment options.
Ultimately we had one section done. The one with ALL the trees around it in our yard. We picked the yuckiest looking section to start with and made a payment. I can honestly and wholeheartedly recommend y'all do the same. We will continue to invest, as we know that working gutters that aren't clogged will protect our home best and that's what LeafFilter will do---help keep our gutters from clogging. Do yourselves a favor and get a free quote.

James Tollison just installed my leafguard filter and he was very professional and very thorough. I would highly recommend him.

The team did a great job and cleaned up very well. But...I was told I would get two splash guards that would match the color of the gutters. The person never came back with those, I called the salesperson and was told I would get a call or text back about this. Never rec'd either. It's like customer service ended once I paid the company.

FIRST-TIME HOMEOWNERS BEWARE

My husband and I had a general home inspection scheduled for a property we’re in the process of purchasing. Since we were already going to be at the house, we decided to schedule a free gutter quote with LeafFilter to get an idea of what it might cost to install gutters after closing, especially since the home doesn’t currently have any.

We didn’t realize we signed up for a lengthy, hour-long sales pitch for an $11K gutter system. For context, the home is a small, one-story house just over 1,300 square feet. We would only need about 150 feet of gutters. That is crazy expensive. While the representative was kind and informative, I made it clear multiple times that we do not own the home yet and were not in a position to sign any contracts. Still, the sales push continued and he kept "lowering" the price to get us to commit to something on the spot. He gave us his final sales pitch by "bringing it down" to 4K, which is still too expensive (as I now know).

After the sales pitch was over, we weren’t given anything in writing (no formal estimate or breakdown) because we wouldn’t sign anything or commit on the spot. The whole experience felt like a waste of time and left us frustrated. It also felt very predatory to first-time homeowners who do not have a good understanding how much things like gutters would cost. If we did not have an amazing realtor and inspector who was on site when this went down, we could have easily been roped into signing/committing to this ridiculous price tag.

Their product may be "high quality," but be aware that the free quote WILL come with a high-pressure pitch and little to walk away with if you’re not ready to sign immediately.

they installed gutters on my house in instead of using a 10ft peace they put 2ft 4ft 5ft peace like it was lift over from another job did not put the leaf garde on not a good job would not use them again or recommend them

I was very impressed with Mason. He explained everything very well. The 2 young men whom arived the next day were very professional. Brandon and Ramon perfirned in an excellent manner and completed the job in a timely manner.

Michael wells did not correctly install this product. He was supposed to actually do a walk around and show us the completed work but did not. Once he was finished and we got in a ladder and looked, there were multiple issues with the install. We had to call corporate of leaf filter who had an area manager come out who told us the install was not done correctly. The field manager is now coming out to reinstall the product correctly.

Killien arrived on time and did an outstanding job from start to finish. I loved the way the down spouts presentation looked when completed. I'm very pleased with the purchase and presentation, thank you - Rod.

They were on time, professional, courteous and cleaned up after. He walked me through the completed project and showed me pictures. I enjoyed working with them.

Worker arrived as promised. Worked very efficiently, perfect cleanup! I certainly would recommend leaf filter!! Now bring on the rain!!
