I called to see if they could clean my oriental rug
I got from my mother . Each time I called I got a different story about the pee stains . I was also told they would do the Turkish bath . They did not do it and when I kept calling and asking no one knew the answer . Now I got my beautiful green rug back
that has beautiful pink roses and it is all faded . Do not use them for oriental rugs . I wish I went somewhere else !

Sani-Sheen successfully removed the cigarette smell from a beautiful used rug I bought, not realizing it smelled like smoke. I paid another company to deodorize it, but they were unsuccessful and afterwards incorrectly said it is almost impossible to remove cigarette odor (and kept all my money). I researched and found Sani-Sheen, who was 100% successful. After two weeks, it still smells and looks like new. I am so grateful to Sani-Sheen.

I had this company clean 3 very expensive rugs and they did an amazing job! They were super friendly and got out a red stain I thought would NEVER come out. I definitely recommend them!!

Wow, what great service! When we called while moving in last month, they made a last-minute p/u for us in downtown OKC. And then they were very accommodating on working with my wife's schedule for dropping off the rugs today. Plus, they went out of their way to place the rugs with pads where they were needed. I never would've imagined that they move the furniture around to get the rugs where they need to be. Additionally, the rugs look amazing!

Picked up my rug today that I don’t remember ever having cleaned before. Georgi said it would take 10 days and they delivered top quality work on time. My local cleaners referred me to them and I am so thankful because the rug is sentimental to me and looks fantastic!!!

I called to inquire about buying into the franchise and the person I called was very rude. I told him I was calling the number included in the email I had received & he told me to tell him what the email said as if I was lying and told me the email I received was from someone who no longer worked there. He then said that they weren't 'giving anything out' due to Covid-19. The whole time I was on the phone, he made it seem as if I was bothering him. He was really short, rude & cutting me off & shut down any questions that I had. If you all aren't accepting anymore franchisees, you should state such on your website. I would prefer that than being spoke to the way I was and here I am calling to invest money into YOUR company. Needless to say, I've decided as of today, to start my own cleaning business and gain my own clients and keep my money to myself. There are hundreds of people working with other cleaning franchises that begin with a 'J' that are booked and busy. If you all aren't able to provide CLEANING & DISINFECTING SERVICES during a pandemic in buildings when people are gone home & you're alone, this isn't the company I need to be working for.

Hmm. Where do I start let's start with this company is not reliable at all do not attempt to take this company on as your janitorial company you WILL regret it I promise. Secondly, if you plan on opening a Franchise with this company DONT I REPEAT DO NOT DO IT! You will end up making minimum wage and Coverall will benefit from all your profits, simply put they will pocket more money than you will in the end. Lastly, the people employed at this company are not in it for YOU as a Customer or a Franchise Owner they do not support you and will work against you while you are blindsided the whole time by thier unethical business practices. Truth is just stay away there way better companies and Franchises out there to invest your money and your time in.

Jason Robison has been wonderful about communication, he listened to our needs and concerns with our cleaning being a non-profit agency with a lot of traffic and found the perfect person to clean our building. Hunter and Cameron of Chrome Pressure Washing did an outstanding job of Pressure Washing my house and my concrete. They are very excellent listeners, very professional, exhibt excellent customer service skills. I highly recommend them to the public for your Power Washing needs.

After a bad contractor used some old oil fence stain on my deck, it was coming off on everything including dog's paws, feet, shoes. I needed to get it cleaned to restained with the proper stain/sealer that can be walked on. I called 4 places for a quote and chose Hunter at Chrome Pressure Washing. Hunter quickly gave me a quote and then scheduled to come the next day. His price was fair. He was very professional and explained the process to me when he arrived. He then did a test strip to show me what to expect. After he was done, I couldn't be happier. The deck is now ready to dry and restain. I'm so glad I found Chrome to help get rid of the other nasty stain fast!! I spoke with Hunter afterwards about possibly cleaning my gutters. I'm sure I will be contacting him in the future for other projects. Thanks for your help, greatly appreciate it!!

Hunter really knows how to pressure wash equipment and clean kitchen equipment.
He and his man, Michael, came out after our Greek Festival and cleaned up our equipment and helped load it back into our storage garage.
