This dude is a joke! No show for 3 days with excuse after excuse. He went as far as to tell me to call another company and he would write the claim up!!! Sounds like insurance fraud to me, Geoff. Consumers beware!!

Do NOT use this “company”. The previous review is almost exactly the same experience I had. He showed up four hours late to the first appointment citing car trouble, then eight hours late to the second appointment. He wanted money up front for parts which should’ve been enough red flags stacking up that I should’ve called my home warranty company and requested a different company. Not only that, but I had another company come out and review his work and everything wasn’t even done properly, requiring me to pay even more money. Oh also, there was no receipt or invoice — the guy wanted to be paid through Cashapp. Then, he had the audacity to email me complaining about the bad review I gave him to my home warranty company! So unprofessional.

Crap! Crap! Crap! Called Select Hone Warranty because my dryer was having issues. They arranged for AirSource Mechanical HVAC to come on 3/16/25. Didn't show. No text, no call. I complained to Select and they said they'd be out on 3/18/25. Didn't show. No text. No call. Complained and asked for another vendor. Was told there were no other vendors. Select got AirSource on line who said appt. was really for 3/20/25. Didn't show. No text, no call.
This time I canceled Select as my home warranty, gave above reasons. Spent 40 minutes asking for refund, refusing discounts, apologies. Felt like a time share hard sell.
Finally got a confirmation # and amount to be refunded. Don't expect anything. Lesson learned was not to pay upfront as they said they were taking $75 cancelation fee.
Next day a 'manager' called to fix the problem. Wouldn't take no for an answer.
I finally had to hang up mid sentance.
THEN got a text from AirSource 'confirming' appt. today, 3/25/25, and tech would be here at 1pm and was in route. Got updates and time pushed back. Now will be here at 7pm.
We never asked for nor responded to appt. we didn't set up. Amusing.
Please show up and give us a laugh.
Brother fixed dryer yesterday. Simple fix.
DON'T USE AIRSOURCE OR HOME SELECT WARRANTY..AT YOUR OWN PERIL.
Update: received refund in a timely manner. Only positive.
Update: Airsource contacted me via text and blamed their scheduling system for ALL the issues.
Update 6.5.2025: Airsource Management replied to my review TODAY, 2 1/2 months later (3.25.25), and asked me to contact them via their email and asking me to revise my submitted claim so they could correct the issue.
2.5 months late and $75 short! Issue resolved. Nothing to fix either mechanically or with home warranty/or service company. Had your chance 2.5 months ago.
My top question to a new home warranty company, who are your service companies in the local area? My next question is why do I have to pay a service call fee; why isn't that covered under the home warranty.
AirSource: you may be a good company with good reviews from other customers but this review stands because that is what happened and other customers need to be aware of the possibility. Tighten up how you do business.
Select Home Warranty: ditto above.
