Gary, was excellent and friendly, he did an awesome job and great at explaining everything to me and answer all my questions, I sure hope I can have him come out again when it need another service, all their techs are great..

Three visits, three techs, three invoices, three parts, three months, and three thousand dollars later, central air is not working properly and all visits have come with "I don't see anything wrong with the main unit." Yes, folks, an Oklahoma summer with sporadic AC and the hopes that the company WHICH SPECIALIZES IN HVAC can give me the answers I need. Hey, I will say that the customer service of the company and the techs is excellent, but lip service does not account for a proficiently inadequate service that has cost me three grand. Now that I have suffered for most of the summer, I am just going to hire another company in the spring, so yes, I am currently sitting in a house that is 84 degrees. If you want to go get a beer with some nice folks who know how to small talk, this is your company. If you want a job to get done completely and quickly, I would look elsewhere . . . for your sanity and your finances.

UPDATE TO GORDON'S: Thank you for responding to this review with your cookie-cutter response -- it means a lot. However, instead of deflecting responsibility, maybe your company could give me back the $3,000 you took for a job that was NEVER completed, and that I will have to deal with in the spring. If I get another generic response, I will be sure to tell my college students about the ordeal and then I will let them take this where they will; they enjoy writing reviews for extra credit. Gabe performed the annual furnace assessment as scheduled and provided a list of preventive maintenance actions he took while here. He also submitted various photos of furnace parts and replaced the air filters. Good job, Gabe. Thank you.
