Even better was the system installation process
All due to the team of lead technician Ryan and technicians Kodee and Allan
They are the BEST!
They arrived right on time and Ryan explained everything they would do
They went straight to work putting down drop cloths
Incredibly courteous and professional
They didn't stop until both the roof componet and inside unit were installed
Upon completion Ryan explained all that was done and all the warranties and service opportunities
He was very understanding of my situation
They cleaned up everything and when they left the only trace of them was a new system working beautifully
These people top everyone else !!

Called to get an estimate on the morning of July 3rd (the day before a holiday). Dale came out that morning and did a thorough review and came back with a very detailed estimate. I told him I was getting another estimate and would not be making a decision until later that day. Dale was very professional with his follow up and provided me with some good information that helped me make my decision. I confirmed with Dale at 3pm that I had decided to go with Hill & Company and by 6pm my new heat pump was installed and running. The whole team was very professional and made quick work of the install. I have been very happy with my new Trane.

We had an ac emergency at 730pm on a Friday night! Called all HVAC companies around and Hills was the ONLY one that offered help and showed up in 30mins and fixed my problem so we could cool our 80 degree house back down. Thanks to them we will sleep well!!! Todd was amazing and knowledgeable - really enjoyed our experience … HIGHLY recommend
