I called KTR Heating & Cooling at 9:21 am and they arrived at 10:21 am the same morning. They figured out my A/C problem and repaired it within 30 minutes. I’m cool again and thanks for the quick and accurate response.

I had freon leaking from the A/C unit somewhere, but I didn't know where and was getting the run around from another source. I called my son, who referred me to Trent. I spoke with Trent, who showed up at the house, introduced himself, and met with his team. They diagnosed the leak and will return in the morning to repair it. This time frame worked for me since it was late afternoon. My unit is in the attic; thus, it's boiling in the attic. Plus, tenants have cool air that will last them overnight, so all is good! I'm super excited about the referral from my son and daughter-in-law. I expect everything to go well tomorrow, as KTR HEATING AND COOLING is so far A-1 in my books!! Give them a call when you have heat and air issues.

Trenton from KTR Heating & Cooling was very professional, and polite! He was very booked, but was able to fit me in his schedule. KTR - Trenton Brown was polite, communicative, timely per appointed scheduled time, helpful and completed work in time. He responded to all my questions and was very informative. Further KTR - Trenton Brown guarantees both Labor and equipment when KTR purchases the equipment. Based on this experience I highly recommend KTR and will use them again for HVAC work.

KTR HVAC, have a very skilled team of technicians, highly trustworthy. I am not concerned about them adding stuff just to bump up the price or saying they added freon. I appreciate having a heat and air company that I can trust, especially with so many bad companies out there.

I really like this company they do good quality work and showed up fast and was straight to the point about what was going on with my unit so I feel as though I can truly trust them & the price is very reasonable.
