My AC/HVAC froze up and I called and was really surprised. I received same day service, and the scheduler was very kind and informative. Joey and Kenny came out on time and explained everything to me. I felt heard and they made sure I understood and they explained everything in a way I could understand. They were very professional, helpful, and kind. I will continue to use them for my tune ups and other services.

Heat wouldn't come on so I called at about 3:15 PM on a Wednesday expecting to make an appointment and possibly have to wait a day or two. They were at my house in 45 minutes from the time I called and did an excellent job. Kenny the tech was extremely helpful and even taught me a bit about my heating system.

These guys provide great service! We were out of town and came home to AC out on a Sunday afternoon and they got us up and running on a 102 degree day! Thanks Joey for understanding the urgency and being so professional and helping us on your day off! Fully recommend using their service. Fair prices for anSunday as well, which is hard to find!

We had problems with our a/c unit cooling yesterday and I called late in the day and they arrived promptly and on time this morning. The repairman, Perry, was very knowledgeable and professional and got us up and running in no time. Thanks to all at Safe Air Solutions for the prompt response in this heat.

Joey called me first thing in the morning the day after requesting a repair and scheduled my appointment with me the same day. He was on-site within the given ETA.
He was straight forward with the issue, and even educated me along the way, by showing me the bad part and explaining why it is not functioning as was expected.
Same day replacement for the part in my unit, and now my AC is working as it should be. I would definitely recommend this company.

Ac decided to not blow cold air like it use to on a Saturday night so gave Smart Air a call. They weren't able to get someone out that night but first thing Sunday morning Chris showed up! Chris was on time, explained everything thoroughly and got me and my family back to getting cold air consistently. Well priced, very professional and courtesy! Will definitely be calling Smart Air again for my HVAC needs!

Logan was completely honest and upfront about the costs and supplies needed. He even came to my house at a moments notice at 8 pm on a weeknight and didnt charge me extra for that. This was the first time I used this company and this is the ONLY company I will call for my AC repairs from now on. Extremely top notch!

I called SMART AIR late Saturday evening and they got back with me in a timely manner and dispatched a technician (Justin) to my house that same evening. Justin diagnosed the problem with my air conditioning unit and fixed the issue. He was professional and respectful and extremely knowledgeable in the area of HVAC. I had called other companies the same day and either no one was available to come out or their prices were 4 times higher for working on the weekend. I highly recommend SMART AIR SOLUTIONS for you HVAC needs. Ask for Justin as your service technician.

Mike was very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time. He repaired our A/C system, checked for potential problems. Mike definitely went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company and will Definitely use them again!

Kenny and Tom and the folks at Smart Air are the best. They are honest, so knowledgeable and helpful, and most importantly, when your A/C is out in 100+ degree weather, they are timely. Can’t recommend them enough.

Came home yesterday and house was not cool at all. Reached out to Tom Cox of smart air and he got a tech out same day. Mike was very thorough and I was very satisfied with the overall service. I would highly recommend Smart Air if you have any heating and air needs.

I'm giving a review on behalf of my landlord also son in law Kyle, since I was the one here to talk to and deal with the individuals. Unfortunately I forgot the name of man who came out to do the estimate. But they were on time, very professional, and quick, Eddie and his dad were very nice, efficient, cleaned their mess and answered all questions i had. Great company!

I made the appointment late Sunday night and the tech was here by a little after 0930 Monday morning. Chris B arrived, introduced himself, and got right to it. He quickly trouble shot the system and found a defective breaker and arcing within the breaker box. He procured replacements for both. Utilizing sound removal and replacement techniques, he had the defective parts replaced and the system restored to full operation quickly. He performed a complete system check thereby verifying system integrity and ensuring that there were no additional problems with the system. Outstanding technician, great interpersonal skills. I will definitely keep you guys on speed dial and refer you to others.

Mike F. From Smart Air Solutions came out just a short while after I requested service for my HVAC which had quit at 330 on the morning. He quickly evaluated it and determined that the condenser coil has developed cracks in the lines and lost all coolant. Being an old R-22 system, he estimated it would cost 1/3rd the cost of a new system and he could not guarantee the old system would continue to work reliably even after the repairs. He quickly inspected the entire system and estimated a quote so I could get the financing going ASAP. A+ Tech and A+ company.
