Fast response time again from SmartAir Solutions. Technician Mike diagnosed, sent quote and made approved repair same day. I highly recommend this company.

It’s refreshing when you know that your feedback and customer experience matters as much to a service provider as your cash. Mike, Tiffany, and the team at Smart Air bent over backwards to provide me timely service at a great price. They were flexible and knowledgeable and at no point did I worry that I was being ripped off or pressured into unnecessary repairs. Highly recommend and I will definitely save their contact for future use.

We had a tune up and check up done, and I was very happy with the service. The tech was professional and did a great job.

I saw the number on the side of my unit and called them instead of some of the bigger HVAC companies. Sure enough, they got out to me 30 minutes after I made the call. Mike was very personable and was able to identify and solve the problem with my thermostat quickly. The time I made the phone call to the time he walked out the door with the job done was about 1.5 hours flat. Will absolutely call these guys next time we need service. Also didn’t cost nearly as much as I thought it would!

Was able to schedule same day appointment. Perry was extremely helpful and looked at all angle to solve the issue and be cost effective. I appreciate the great customer service!

Mike is an amazing tech I really appreciate his knowledge and willingness to work on different types of air-conditioning units. Tom has a great company and crew couldn't be more grateful for them coming out in the extreme weather to get the units serviced every time we had an issue. The crew had to remove an old system to make way for the new one. Took longer than they had planned but they stayed on the job without any breaks that I saw.

I called Smart Air Solutions looking for a furnace part that was discontinued. Although I never paid for any service or contracted for anything, Tom was incredibly nice and helpful and called around for an hour seeing if anyone still had the part. I would absolutely go back to Smart Air if I had another HVAC issue because the customer service was so good and the technician was so knowledgeable.

Seth was fantastic! I asked for an early afternoon timeline and he called me right at noon to see if he could come over and he was there waiting for me when I got home from work. He did superb work tuning up our AC unit and took the extra time to show me what he was doing, explaining what he was checking for, and also offered great advice on some routine maintenance items I can do to maximize my system’s performance and longevity. Overall, couldn’t be happier with the service! Will definitely be using Smart Air Solutions again!!
