I had damage from a nearby tornado to our roof. Luckily, we escaped structural damage, but the shingles were torn up pretty badly. JHS was referred to us by our insurance agent. They came out and did an inspection and told us that the roof needed a complete replacement. The insurance company sent their adjuster who agreed. JHS even had a representative there when the insurance adjuster was there.

After that, I didn't have a lot to do with any of the insurance process. They handled all of the paperwork and also dealt with building code updates that were required. They made the process very simple. They also did the work very quickly. Once the insurance had gone through, they came out within a week or so and did the whole job (including replacing all of the decking) in one day.

Unlike the last company that did our roof, they left the yard clean of debris and with no real damage to landscaping surrounding the house.

Got a roof inspection done by Daniel and he was able to tell me all the information I needed to know in the quickest time possible. He identified the problem, told me how it needed to be fixed, gave me a reasonable quote, and my roof issue was no more! Highly recommend Daniel, if you suspect anything to be wrong with your roof, give him a call!

Brandon was really helpful. He walked us through the entire process. He made several trips to meet with inspectors. He even came out and personally checked on the roofers while they were working, and stayed around to make sure everything was cleaned up properly. Great service and I would highly recommend.

Cody was a great help getting my roof replaced. Upgraded my shingles to a class 3 and got bigger vents for the same cost other companies were charging me for what I already had. I would highly recommend this company

JHS Roofing replaced our roof and gutters after a hail storm on May 19th, 2024. We were happy with their work and I was really impressed with Brandon who was there from start to finish on the whole project. He inspected our roof and suggested we file a claim and helped in that process. He kept
me informed and was there during the roof installation and gutters being replaced. He made sure everything was to our satisfaction and made sure the yard was properly cleaned up.

We learned about JHS Roofing and Construction from our mortgage insurance provider. He connected us with Coleman, who was very helpful and informative. We had been putting off replacing our roof due to concerns about our deductible and getting it done without sacrificing quality. Coleman made doing business with JHS Roofing & Construction easy and the job was completed in two days. Coleman also accepted feedback and concerns from me and did a thorough check after the job was done to ensure my concerns were addressed. He was also very friendly and accommodating with replacing our window screens. I cannot say this enough, that Coleman made this experience feel easy and he removed a lot of the stress and anxiety we had with undergoing this process. Thank you for being excellent at what you do!

Nowadays not too many things impress me but JHS roofing did. The end result looked fantastic and they did a great job cleaning up. It was smoking hot the day they did our roof but their workers never slowed at all. Special shout out to Brandon. I have never had to run an insurance claim for my house. Brandon took us through the process like a pro. He also would come by multiple times during the project to ensure everything was going well and to see if we had any questions or complaints. After the roof was finished he came back a second time running the magnet through our yard and picking up any FOD he found. The entire JHS team were friendly, efficient and professional. Great job gents!

Omg these guys were awesome about our roof! Chad Waters was so professional and understanding when it came to all the questions I had about the new roof, timeline (with family coming into town) and my rose bushes that they will cover when completing the roof.

I had my roof inspected by Mr. Waters after a recent storm, and while I was half expecting bad news, the inspector was completely honest and let me know there was no damage. He took the time to walk me through everything, showed photos, and explained what to watch for in the future. No upselling, no pressure just genuine professionalism. It’s rare to find that kind of integrity these days. When I do need roof work down the line, Chad is the first person I’ll call!
