I have an older Pool that presented several challenges. Each challenge was met with professionalism. Communication about options was prompt and handled to my satisfaction. A shout out to everyone who worked on this project: Rudy, Rogelio, Armando, Antonio, Gus, Daniel and Gary, just to name a few!
Also, Gabby and others at the office. And of course Antonio Aparicio of Aquascape Pools, who kept the ball rolling through out the remodel. Love my new pool🤗 -

If your looking for a pool company, look no further! Antonio with Aquascape Pools and his staff will take great care of you from beginning to end! We had Antonio install a pool over 3 years ago and we couldn't be happier. There were other pool companies we spoke with, but once we meet with Antonio, we knew he we the guy for us! He is a hard worked, a man of integrity and HE STANDS BEHIND HIS PRODUCT!!! First class company!!!

Bullet points: sloppy/poorly executed work, mismanaged expectations, deadlines were never met without constant micromanagement by the client, and poorly handled customer service.
My husband and I signed the contract to work with Aquascape Pools on March 7 and our pool was finally finished on June 13. It should also be noted that this was a remodel of an existing pool and should not have taken as long as it did when Memorial Day was our deadline from the beginning. There were also pipes not connected to the equipment and valves that were not pressure tested or sealed off in advance, causing more delays and multiple people to come back to fix the issues and without much cause for concern or apology. Ultimately, we are happy with the finished product, but I would not recommend Aquascape to oversee your pool/outdoor projects.
