We had a leak in our house from the outside water faucet and Alex came the next morning to fix it, he was very helpful and seemed to know what he was doing. The pricing was very reasonable, I would reccomend them to anyone in the area.

I will never use them again since this is not the first time I have had a problem with their work. I called them out to fix a leak and was told that I had leak in the yard service line and a leak past the house shut off valve. How could he have known that I had a leak past the house shutoff valve if he had not have seen it? I had to call Sweet's several times trying to find out the answer to that question and never got a satisfactory answer after 4 days for a return call. I was charged $180.00 for the call and was given an estimate of $850 to $2000 to fix my leak. He dug up a few scoops of dirt around my water meter which he left the large clumps of dirt on top of the ground instead of filling the hole properly. He took off several pieces of my skirting and left them unattached where he had looked for a leak. I finally got enough money saved to have another plumber come out only to find that I did not have a leak in my yard line and the leak past the house shut off valve was plainly visible when one unattached panels was removed. I called in to Sweet's and ask to speak to the owner about this issue 3 days ago and still have not heard from them. I find that unacceptable and not a good way to run a business. I feel I should be refunded my money due to the fact Sweet's man obviously did not know what he was doing. I will be contacting the BBB as well.

I called on Wednesday morning to report we had a water issue in our Master bathroom and by afternoon Stephen came out and started trying to find the leak. It was very complicated. He left and returned on Friday and worked all morning until around 1pm to fix the leaks. He’s a very knowledgeable plumber and was very polite and respectful of our property. ANDPRO should be very proud of him.

I highly recommend AndPro plumbing. I called st the end of the week and they were able to get to me by Tuesday, plus they worked around my work schedule, so I didn’t have to take off. Stephen was upfront with pricing, friendly, and quick. I couldn’t ask for better service.

We live in Owasso and as I was prepping dinner our drain began backing up. I called AndPro and then ordered pizza. An hour and a half later the kids were eating pizza and the AndPro tech (Jude i think was his name) was finished diagnosising and resolving the problem!
