Half Moon plumbing came out for the second time to perform jetting service that I needed and again they were very professional and very informative. Eddie and his partner were extremely polite and explained everything to me. I am very pleased with the service I received. I would highly recommend Half Moon plumbing.

This is without a doubt the worst home contractor I have ever dealt with. Let’s start with we were scheduled for Monday 12/29 between noon and 4 pm. We received a call AFTER 4:00 telling us they wouldn’t be out until the next day at 9:00. Tuesday 12/30 they didn’t show up until 9:30. I asked for two things in my home to be repaired. Nothing else. So the “technician” comes in and starts talking about “we recommend this” and “we recommend that”. None if which are things I asked to be repaired. He types up the estimate and somehow comes up with $11,000 dollars worth of stuff that doesn’t even need to be repaired. After being told no, we only want the two things we asked for, he quotes us a price of over $600 to reset a toilet and replace a shut off valve under my kitchen sink. We agreed to go ahead and have the repairs done (the two we asked for) then he tells us “I have to check with my boss to see if I can make these repairs”. WHAT??????? Boss says no, he leaves and a different “technician” is scheduled to come later in the day. The new “technician” calls and say he has a work order to replace 3 valves. Is said WHAT?? After being told we only want the two items repaired, he STILL had things we didn’t order on our estimate. At this point I called the main office and just cancelled the service. I will not ever recommend this business. They are horrible. Absolutely awful. I understand being in business to turn a profit but the sneaky, underhanded tactics they use to generate more revenue is ridiculous. My wife was here by herself when the “technician” arrived. This guy came in and saw a single woman and got $$$$$ in his eyes and wanted to try to take her for as much money as he could get. My recommendation to anyone considering this company, save yourself some frustration and call someone else. The only reason I gave them one star is because it wouldn’t allow me to give zero

Half Moon Plumbing has excellent service for your plumbing needs!!! We had a tech come out last week , David Harrell, to give us a quote on replacing our sink and he also checked our water pressure which was high and he gave us a quote for both. We then called to do the install of our new sink and put in a PRV under our water heater for our water pressure to be at 80psi and a shutoff valve for easy access to shut off water to the whole house. The tech, Evan Quarterson, came out yesterday and did the install. He did an awesome job. He was professional, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and cleaned everything up when he was finished installing everything that had to be done. We are very happy with the service from both techs at half moon Plumbing. If you have any plumbing needs or any plumbing installs, I highly recommend them!

Our technician,Luke did excellent work. He repaired a faucet/pipe that we had been unable to turn off. The wall repair inside and outside of the house was great. He was knowledgeable and pleasant to have at our home.

Since moving to Tulsa four years ago, we’ve had at least five different plumbers at our home. They were either unsatisfactory in what they did or some even said they didn’t want to do the job. Called Half Moon because of an advertisement. They were extremely professional, the technicians were very pleasant, explained everything clearly, mentioned additional work that might be needed, but we’re not pushy. Prior to this work, we had them out once before.The best thing was all the work was done well and has stayed working!!!! Just want to say Andrew was a delight to work with!

We highly recommend Half Moon Plumbing for great customer service, fast responsiveness, a fair price, and great plumbers. On Thanksgiving Friday, we called and Nicolas W. came out and did a wonderful job fixing our plumbing problem which allowed us to have our water running again. He spent extra time getting the correct diagnosis, resulting in a lower cost to us. We have used them before as well and always had a great experience.

We have used Half Moon Plumbing on two occasions. Outstanding communication, quick response, service and knowledgeable. Luke and Noah were awesome and completed the job quickly. Both were very professional and had excellent customer service skills. We are so thankful for them.

We had wet carpet in the closet next to our shower. We suspected it was a drain leak issue. Andrew did several preliminary tests trying to identify and isolate the leak. At the end of his visit, we agreed it needed more follow up the next day with camera inspection. Andrew was very congenial and very thorough. I’m glad that we called Half Moon Plumbing.

Update; the next day Ezekiel & Josh performed several more tests, and used a camera to scan the under slab drain lines. The leak source was identified and has been resolved.

I was in two minds to call Half Moon Plumbing after an incident in January when my 50 gallon tank needed replacing urgently. Then my 75 gallon tank exploded today and I called Hayley at Half Moon. The customer service was excellent. I explained what had happened in January and my current position. She was super apologetic and immediately dispatched a team to the house. Jeremy arrived at the house to view the damage and took the time to hear my experience 8 months ago. He too was very apologetic and assured me he and the team at Half Moon would make it right. After 20 mins I had an estimate, I had some goodwill presented to me, they replaced some older valves that were previously missed during a previous job and excellent service throughout. Jeremy left me with the installation team led by Evan and he was fantastic. Really clean install, explained all the installations, maintenance required and cleaned up ALL the debris from the installation. Super good job and excellent customer service.
I proceeded to continue with their VIP program and they will be my go-to plumbing service. Thank you Hayley, Jeremy and Evan for a great experience.

We had an urgent situation. They arrived same day and were very friendly, informative, timely and honest. The job was completed the next day just as they said it would. Great service all around and a job well done! Plus, our technician loved dogs, so he must be good people❤️🐾

Half Moon Plumbing is an amazing service provider. And they know they are amazing because of the quality of people they employ. Like technician Jackson Spyres. Today was the second time we had the good fortune of having Jackson at our home to resolve a problem. This young man is squared away - skilled and knowledgeable in his trade - but most of all he is an absolute pleasure to be around. He is infectiously joyful while resolving your problem quickly. Thank you God for Half Moon and Jackson Spyres.

We had a shower faucet replaced and a kitchen faucet and drain pipe replaced. Andrew came out and gave us the estimate. Andrew was very professional and explained our options extremely well. Then our plumber Noah came out and replaced our troublesome hardware. Noah started early and stayed with the job until he was finished, a great plumber! Noah was very professional, courteous and friendly with our pet. We will be calling on Half Moon Plumbing again when there is a need. We also recommend Half Moon Plumbing to anyone needing any plumbing work done.

Jackson was excellent at explaining the process and what needed to be done in order to resolve my shower issue. He recommended a valve replacement and let me know what the process entailed. Noah the technician came out as scheduled and completed the work with no issues and in a timely manner. They were both extremely excellent to work with, very personable and down to earth. I would highly recommend!!

Extremely fast response to a drain issue I was having. Communication from Half Moon was abundant, keeping me appraised through the day on what was going on, and Nicolas Williamson was extremely professional and courteous. Our tech was Andrew and he did a great job! Also checked on other things like the water heater, the cleanout access, the emergency whole house shutoff, water pressure level. Explained things to watch out for and how to deal with them. Happy deluxe!

I had 2 completely separate plumbing issues arise within the course of one week. Half Moon resolved my first issue so I was more than confident that they could resolve the second issue that arose. I had the pleasure of having two outstanding men from Halfmoon come out to evaluate and replace an outside faucet. Jackson and Noah were very professional and knowledgeable. The worked performed was excellent. Both very friendly. I can’t say enough about the work of these gentlemen. I highly recommend Half Moon for any plumbing needs you may have.

I can’t say enough how thankful we are for Jeremy Vick responding to our call the same day within a few hours. He was informative, kind, and got us all the quotes and repair ideas needed.. we were planning to be out of hot water till Friday but Noah Chermack called and let us know he was headed our way with everything we needed and would be up and running in a few hours. Noah was kind, worked quick but did a fantastic job. Thankful for such a quick response.

Nicholas and Zack did a camera inspection of the home sewer mainline in preparation for selling the house. They were very professional and willing to answer many questions from both seller and potential buyers reps. Nic documented their process and findings and worked with the office to quickly generate quotes on two alternatives to address what they found. I appreciate their responsiveness and professionalism, as they gave all involved confidence in their work

Half moon is great. In the past year alone I’ve had them come out 3 times for all of the different plumbing needs in my home. So much so I decided to get on their membership program. Today David came by ran a diagnostic for my water pressure in the home, and he was super friendly and helpful. I do have to say that all the technicians they have come out to my home in the past year have been great also!

We’ve had two leaks repaired so far with half moon, by Steven Caudill! One of them was also rather extensive and deep into our foundation. On the second larger fix there was actually two technicians working, but I didn’t see their name, as Steven was our main tech. We had a wonderful experience with these fixes, and afterward the area was even cleaned back up as it was. Great work and great team! Thanks Steven! Before all this, Jeremy Vick did our leak detection which went efficiently.
