I had a great experience with Half Moon! I unexpectedly needed a new toilet and called Half Moon the next day. I’m a newish homeowner and didn’t really know what the process was for getting a new toilet, and Half Moon walked me through what that looks like. I decided to get the toilet through them and scheduled my appointment. On the day of my appointment, they clearly communicated with me throughout the day, even offering an earlier time. When it was time for my appointment, Jeremy, called me and walked me through the process. Even though it was almost the end of the day, Jeremy was still willing to come and install my toilet if it still worked with my schedule. It did, and Jeremy and his partner (I can’t remember his name), did a great job. They were fast, efficient, and communicative. I highly recommend Half Moon!!

As all the staff from Halfmoon Plumbing we have had out to our house outstanding job. Noah went above and beyond to make us happy customers. I wil continue to tell any one i know that needs a plumber to call Halfmoon. We never use anyone else. Thank you Noah for making sure tge job was done correctly and not cutting corners and leaving.

Had my bathtub pipe bust open early in the morning about 5am and called the 24hr line and a plumber came out to my house by 10am same day and fixed it right away. Andrew Murphy was my plumber and he was professional and so nice and did a wonderful job, answered all my questions and gave me options on what can be done and we choose what best worked for me and my budget. Emailed me a receipt with pictures of everything and a detailed description of what they did to fix the problem. Couldn't have gone better I definitely recommend!❤️

I cant do another review so adding that Spencer and his partner (i cant remember his name) where amazing at putting in our new tub! Then made sure it only took one day and where polite and cleaned up the mess. Thank you!

10/10 recommend this company. Great people. Lucas was very professional and knowledgeable and after checking my water heater, he recommended it to be replaced due to the high pressure and sediment built up in the tank and it was old and sent me a few estimates. Once I picked an option for a water heater replacement, they scheduled me right in very quick and came out a day later and replaced it. Noah and Alex came out and replaced the water heater and were very nice and professional and did the work pretty fast and the work they did was of good quality and looks great, the water heater also works great. It was a fast turn around for the work that they did and with reasonable prices. I highly recommend half moon plumbing!

Wonderful service from start to finish! The lady who scheduled my appointment (so sorry I can't recall her name) was so friendly and understanding and got me scheduled right away. I loved that they sent a confirmation text and a picture of the tech that would be coming so I knew I was opening the door for the right person!
Lukas was my tech for the first appt and he was friendly and professional. He assessed everything thoroughly and provided me with estimates, answered all my questions, and explained all my options with zero pressure. Once I decided, he got right on the phone and got me scheduled for a new water heater installation the next day!
Bo was my tech for the installation and he was great. He explained the process clearly, made sure I had a chance to use the water before he had to turn it off, and made sure I didn't have any questions. Once he finished he explained the new hardware, how to change the temp max and what it was currently set at, where the shut off valve was etc, which I really appreciated! He was friendly and professional with great communication!
I was very satisfied with everything and would definitely use Half Moon in the future!

My experience with Half Moon Plumbing has been exceptional. I had 2 other companies tell me that I would have to dig up my front yard to fix my problem. Luke came and suggested a much easier solution at half the cost. He was able to schedule the repair for the next day and Jake did the work. He did a great job and was very good at explaining everything and answering all of my questions. I highly recommend this company.

Grant, Nate and Evan were a joy to work with very friendly and professional. They did the job with great care and efficiency. The new sewer line they put in looks perfect and has fixed the issues in my house perfectly. Highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of plumbing work done. Had Noah and Nic out to help fix a slab leak and install a new washing machine box. The work that was done was professional and quick. Half Moon Plumbing continues to exceed expectations and offer amazing service. I will have them out for anything and every service I need moving forward.

Always professional and helpful

JT Services (the absolute best in septic ststems) is now offering HVAC installations and maintenance, so I've taken the opportunity to check them out for quality, knowledge, professionalism, price, etc. I can honestly say that they're hard to beat in this area. As regards "You get what you pay for," I highly recommended giving them a call. Neither the cheapest nor the most expensive, but for sure 5 star quality service.

We had to make an after-hours emergency call to JT Services when we suddenly realized—while hosting a house full of company—that our toilets wouldn’t flush and there was a strong smell outside. Talk about stressful timing!
