They serviced our ac unit and they came out the day I called. Got the unit working in no time at all and even checked everything else out to prevent future problems

My heater went out and they made a special trip out here to fix my heater so my son wouldn't be cold I spent two days without a heater they came out and fixed it they were awesome I wouldn't have it any other way I called them from my AC and heating every time

Service was excellent. Steve was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The charges were reasonable. I will be calling again for service.

We have lived in Pryor for over 30 years. We use Masters for all of our heating/cooling needs. People are very friendly and very professional. I highly recommend Masters Heating and Cooling.

There the best in town in my opinion I've tried a couple other companies in town an the service an courteous an professionalism don't compare I won't use any other company for my heating an air needs but them

I’ve had a gentleman come, and fix my AC. He was very polite, and very knowledgeable. If you need to call for a repair etc…. I would definitely suggest Masters Heating & Cooling.

My home warranty sent them out to do some work. Air in house 79° when set at 73°. Within 2 day my coils froze and my house was 85°. He was here maybe 30 minutes before leaving.

They were extremely nice and professional and they came out promptly to fix our unit! The price was reasonable and we would definitely recommend!

If I could give a "No Star," I would. The hvac condensation draining pipe had been clogged and backed up to drain down the system and into our ductwork under our concrete slab. The water eventually rose and flooded the lowest point in our house, the living room. Initially, I had thought it to be a busted pipe. I would have never thought we had flooding from condensation. The plumber came out and fixed the issue. He recommended that I call an hvac company to clear the ductwork and make sure there was no water damage in the hvac system itself where the water had been dripping down. I called masters. It was late in the day, so they were going to call me back tomorrow to come look. I had explained everything up to this point to the front office. They called back within 5 minutes to advise they could come out immediately to look at it, and even install a floater switch to prevent this in the future.
This guy hyped up on energy drinks or something came out. He went to the wrong house to start off with. I had to call him over from my neighbors two doors down and across the street. I explained that the plumber found the issue, fixed the issue, and that I now needed to deal with the flooded vent system and see if any water had affected the hvac unit himself. I even pointed out where it was and what he had done. Then I showed him the standing water under the hvac and in the vent in the living room. We went back out to the utility room, and he says "the first thing we need to do is find out where the water is coming from." I had already explained that not even 5 minutes ago! He then goes on and on, and I'm trying to interject to tell him what my plumber told me to have the hvac guy do. The plumber advised that they needed to ensure the vent system was clear and to check for any possible damages in the hvac system due to the water draining back in and through the system. This guy would not let me have a word in. He was hyped up and acted like he was in a hurry. I finally said "I need you to stop talking so I can explain what is needed." He threw his hand up, started walking away, and said "Bye." It went south from there. I said "Bye" back and he walked back towards me and informed me that his dad owned the company. I said "Fine. And?? I have no problem telling your dad about this." He left. I called the office and spoke with a lady who apologized for any miscommunication and didn't really address the guy's attitude. She told me "good luck with your system." I told her, since I didn't seem to get any resolution to either the service or the rude serviceman, that I'd be leaving my review and then calling another company. A few minutes later, the owner calls me and tells me he's been made aware that I wanted to talk with him. I explained the situation again. He also said there was miscommunication on what was needed (I've now explained the situation just like I have here to 4 people at that company, two in the front office, the son, and now the dad). I advised him that if his son would have slowed down and just stopped for a few seconds, he'd be very clear on what I needed, but he talked over me and wouldn't let me get a single word in. I said "Well, I sure hope he's not talking to your other customers like that." He tells me that they have good reviews and people are happy with them. He said "there's no body cameras, so who's to know who is telling the truth." Wow. Just wow. I'll never make the mistake of calling them again. A spoiled son working for his father who will cover for him every time. The owner advised they go over complaints in their meetings, but I seriously doubt this guy will learn from today and get his attitude in check.

Now I would rather have work done on any of my heating and air from Masters than anywhere else. They will work with you. And since they're family, they will make you feel like part of the family too! They will make sure your satisfied with the outcome. If you're not happy ☺, neither are they.

A bunch of great people work here. They did an excellent job on my new AC install with attention to detail and fixing issues from an old install.

These guys are the real deal. I would highly recommend them for y’all your HVAC needs. Some of the nicest folks I’ve ever met. Their professionalism is top tier compared to other HVAC company’s.

Ok they came back and had to replace the whole coil system. So $1800 later well review more once we are convinced it's at least 99%!! Didn't fix our air system the first time. Thought it only needed freon. Well we had to call them again and we have a leak. About $2000 to fix!
