Our experience was not a pleasant one. I do not like writing these kinds of reviews but from customer service, to knowledge, to cleanliness, to timeliness. I waited a few weeks before writing this review to cool down. We used our warranty service which is another story.... When Masters finally contacted us they couldn't even give us a day that they would show up. They said they would just have to come out when they were in the area. We told them we both work and cannot just take days or long hours off to wait. They showed up one day when nobody was home and we tried to reschedule. Fortunately we had someone staying to watch our little one at this point. The tech came out and couldn't find a problem at all. The coils were freezing up when putting it below 70. He finally decided that the blower was overheating. I don't believe that is the case but they ordered one anyway. A week later we got it installed. A day later it froze again and they didn't want to come out because "Nothing was wrong". They reluctantly came out again and added a tiny bit of freon but said it doesn't really need any. They left again and still was not operating properly. I talked to a few others and they stated that the most likely problem was the evaporator coil, low freon, improper air flow. When I called them out again they said they couldn't get to us until after the weekend holiday. It was friday when we called. They didn't come out the next day because they were "Too Busy" with people who had real issues. They finally came out and cleaned the very dirty evaporator coil and left the gunk in the garage floor. There is way more to this story, things like the tech saying to leave it frozen so he can inspect the ice formations when he comes out. Anyway, I hope others have better service from this company in the future but we certainly did not.

Came out because unit was set to 70 but felt like 79. Unit was running but no air was coming from the vents. Technician said it needed Freon but that “ probably wasn’t going to fix it” So after a quote of almost $500 for the Freon alone, we were supposed to be pleased spending that much money knowing it wouldn’t fix it anyway!!! He straight up didn’t know what the problem was but still tried to push a $500 bill on us. Nevertheless, after we said no to the Freon, he gladly charged the $85 service call and went on his way. Paid to have him say he didn’t know what was wrong. Not good business Masters!

My air-conditioner decided to quit on one of the hottest days of the year and Master's Heating and Cooling got our air back up and running the same day I called. I have called them out for service several times over the years and have been satisfied with their work and reasonable rates. I highly recommend Master's

After some frustrating experiences with a few other repair shops around Tulsa, I was recommended Master's. They were very knowledgeable and worked VERY hard to work me in as fast as they could while accommodating my busy schedule. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

Josh the technician was quick and thorough. Fixed the problem and did annual service very fast. Josh had a pleasant attitude. We will definitely call Masters heating & cooling again

Something went crazy with my thermostat on the evening of July 4th, we had no air at all over night. I called 732am on the 5th, even though they weren't open in hopes to leave a message. I was bless that someone answered and managed to be at my home by 9am. Fixed my problem with thr thermostat, cleaned the AC unit, fixed something in my AC closet, and even went and checked things in the attic. All this with in 45 mins. My house is back to being cool and everyone is happy. On top of the service call I was surprised to see how affordable they were when I received my bill. I can't recommend them enough, from their customer service, the tech, the quality and quickness of the job. 10 out 10 recommend give Master's a call.

Called late on a Friday afternoon. Technician arrived within an hour and had the AC repaired promptly. He was professional and we very much appreciated him getting us up and going on a hot summer day!

They did a new installation in 2017. We have not had one bit of trouble with their work. We also have them service my wife's office we needed. They have always been their when they say and conduct quality work. Highly recommend Master's Heating & Cooling!

They came out and found the leak that others could not! Fixes and gone in a couple hours and got us cooling again when the temps were 100+. They are and have been my go to for years.

Today is the third time our system has been serviced by this company. Each time has been an unexpected issue. They are always courteous, professional, and come out so fast it's unbelievable! The rates are extremely affordable. They do great work, and don't try to take advantage of people. We give them 10/10, and recommend to anyone!
