My home warranty uses this company. Like others they no called and no showed twice on me. I managed to get the warranty company to switch to a different contractor.

Had issues with ice machine repair with previous contractor. They come out today to fix the issue today. They FIXED the issue today with lots of explanations what is going on. One of best I ever experienced. Recommended to anyone

Had a small electrical job and the two fellows they sent out, I wish I could remember their names, did a great job fixing the problem. They were fast, communicated with me when they were on their way, and were super friendly. Highly recommended!!

These people have no respect or consideration for other people... They told me they would come to check out a roof leak on Saturday, May 2nd. They never showed up and never called to tell me they weren’t coming. Then I was told they would be at my house to fix the leak the following Monday between 12:00-3:00pm. I waited around for them until almost 3:00 without hearing anything! So I called and they said they were running late and that they’d be here in about an hour or just before 4:00pm. 4:30 came and they still weren’t here and OF COURSE they didn’t bother to call and let me know. Whoever runs this company has no regard for other people’s time! I waited ALL DAY and they NEVER called to let me know they were running late and that my friends is absolutely TERRIBLE customer service! Their complete lack of decency and integrity is UNACCEPTABLE! Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!

I was satisfied with the home warranty service received through this company. They were prompt, polite, and corrected the issue I was having with my garbage disposal in no time at all.

If I could give zero or negative rating for this company I would. First of all it’s a one man show so it’s not really a “company”, he is completely unprofessional and has no respect to people’s time or trouble. He repeatedly gave us appointment times and the guy just DOES NOT SHOW UP or even call to cancel or re-schedule. He rarely answers his phone and when he does he does not apologize or anything for not showing up or standing you up REPEATEDLY!! The first time he showed up he told us he’ll come at 3 pm and ended up at our doorstep at 7 pm not knowing what he was coming for despite the work order in his hand sent to him by our home warranty company to install a wall electric double oven, he showed up by himself and said he’s unable to do it by himself and will get another person to help him the next day between 2-3 pm, guess what, the next day NO SHOW...
I had to take time off work twice to wait for him and there was no show. Xavier is the most unprofessional person I have ever in my life and he has no insight how bad and how unprofessional he is. We ended up not wanting to deal with him and opted for a different company.
Avoid this guy XAVIER AND XJC Contractors at all cost unless you want to experience for yourself how unprofessional people can be or you want to get your blood pressure rising or get an ulcer burst in your stomach, that’s how I felt dealing with this guy!

Absolutely horrible service. Have a home warranty service contract that they were contracted to provide service for and so far we have been promised service seven times with NO SHOW AND NO CALLS to let us know. Seems they do not care what their customers have in their schedules. I have been providing customer support for a large computer corporation for over 20 years and if I provided this type of support I would be standing in on the corner begging. If given any choice, avoid this company like COVID...

As many others have mentioned this is probably the worst company I have worked with. Unfortunately, I use them frequently because of my residential service agreement/home warranty through FAHW. They contract them whenever there's an appliance repair that not GE. They no call, no show constantly. Do incorrect repairs, and don't properly put appliances back together.

Home warranty uses them. They need to drop them from their list. Said they’d come fix my dishwasher on a Saturday. Unfortunately they are closed on Saturday. Then they said Tuesday from 1700-1900. Unfortunately they close at 1700. Just a poor business to have to try to deal with.

Xavier came out looked at my issues with electrical I was concerned about, he has given me an estimate which I am pleased about and will back be this week to get it fixed. He is very professional easy to talk to and knowledgeable about my issues. I will definitely use him again and can’t wait for my repairs to be complete. Thank you

I was referred to this company by a friend and I wished I done my research on this company before I hired them. I wanted some plumbing pipes repaired under my house and the work that was done wasn't complete and the pipes were still leaking that he claimed to have fixed! Said they were going to come and fix it and never showed up nor called saying they were not going to show up. Totally unprofessional and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

Took my $100 and never came back to fix the problem. They told me I had a leaking washing machine. That’s why I called them out. I gave them 3 months to try and come back, because I don’t like writing bad reviews.

Very unprofessional and only did a half fast job. Arrived in their own personal vehicle with no equipments and had to use mine just to do a 2 min inspection on damaged area. This is more of a scam. Complained to insurance and would definitely not recommend to anyone. Waste of time.

I'm very pleased with the service. My home warranty sent XJC contractors the person that came in was very polite, professional and arrived less than estimated time. On the other hand, my home warranty was deceptive about the policy and even when we call they were not helpful. XJC was very understanding about the situation and let go any additional fees. THANK YOU!!

Unfortunately one star is the lowest I could go. Wish they had a zero. The service is terrible.
The contractor was assigned by my warranty company. First he did not contact me. Then when the company contacted him and scheduled an appointment he rescheduled. He showed up once 5 hours late and said he could not do the job by himself and has to get someone to help him.
The next day after 5 hours of waiting he calls me and says he still does not have someone to help him.
I asked my company to change the contractor. He is very unprofessional. Would not recommend at all
