Spencer was very kind, professional, knowledgeable and, most importantly, repaired the A/C!! During a very hot and busy summertime season, their rapid response had my house cooled within a half day. Very grateful!!

I have had them come out 3 times this year for different issues on my system that is over 20 years old. Very friendly, no pressure to sell extras, but will make sure to explain possibility of needing something else due to units age. I have had Loc as the tech everytime. Just a great experience all around.

We have wanted mini splits for years and years. Our traditional ac main unit went out about 2 or 3 years ago. And we couldn't come up with the thousands needed for a new one or mini splits. We fast forwarded to about 45 days or so, we got in contact with them about a mini split or a traditional ac, which could we afford and which would be better for a single wide mobile home. We where going to go with a mini split for 3 zones, a 12k/9k/9k and leave our 3rd bedroom on a portable window unit because it's only used part time. But we endup with a 4 zone 9k/9k/9k/9k. We where worried that a 9k wouldn't be enough for our open living/kitchen area because the 3 zone had a 12k. But after they installed them and they've ran for the weekend, we have each set at 71 to 73 depending on area and it keeps it about an even 70 to 71 though out the whole house. They installed the compressor and 4 zones, ran the lines for each zone and ran electrical from old ac to new location in 1 and half days. They where very friendly and professional. They care and will recommend 👌 them to everyone.

The compressor on our AC unit was about to go out. It was old and the unit ran with freon that wasn't even used anymore. I didn't want to get caught in the middle of summer with no AC so I starting looking for Heating and Air companies.
I got five different estimates on replacing the HVAC unit.
I was given several quotes, one started at $20,000 to replace the whole system.
I called Total Comfort Solutions and Troy came out the next day.
He looked at the existing system and said that since the heating part was pretty new, he recommended that the compressor and coils be replaced, there was no need to replace everything. Saved me lots of money!!!
Within a few days, installation began! The technician worked all the way until 7:30 pm. making sure it was installed correctly. He also cleaned up everything before he left.
Highly recommend this company! Great people. !!!

Troy and his team are fantastic. Friendly, professional, and punctual. Their rates are solid and they aren't afraid to explain what they are doing, and educate you on how to properly maintain your system, when to call, and how to troubleshoot. Their annual service plan is an incredibly practical and good deal that makes sure proactive steps are being taken to stay ahead of possible problems, and never have they tried to upsell me on anything I didn't need. It's like a long time family friend that you know you can trust. Can't imagine using anyone else!

Total Comfort Solutions provides great customer service. We needed a new system and they provided us with a couple of options, explained everything thoroughly so that we were comfortable with our decision. Install was great.

Troy came out to do the summer maintenance on our 13 year old R22 AC unit. He happened to notice a little water coming from the heater closet when he added a new wire to it to properly install our new smart thermostat. The insulation had worn off the condensation line so he just replaced that old insulation. We really appreciated his thorough work, and the price was quite reasonable. We'll definitely use this company again.
