I really love this amazing team and company! From the ladies who is always sweet in the office and listens to your concerns like Melissa and others! Then you have the amazing workers and my guy Troy who we love! He has been working with us for the past 5years and he has the best service in and around town! So if you need your AC cleaned or fixed or whatever the case might be hit Total Comfort Solutions up!

The technician worked quickly and efficiently. Cleaned behind himself. Was very good at answering my questions and explaining what he was doing.

It’s hard to find service companies you can trust. Loc and his fellow TCS technicians are honest and dependable. They won’t tell you you need parts or repairs just to make a buck. I’m happy I have them in my corner for hvac services.

Our air conditioner stopped working on a Friday at 5:00pm and we called Total Comfort Solutions. They told us they would get us on the schedule for Saturday. I got a call later that day and Troy was heading back home from a job he had finished early. He stopped by to see what the problem was and was able to fix it with a part he had in his truck. I am so grateful for the extra time he took in his long day to see if it was something he could fix quickly and will be a lifelong customer.

Spencer did a great job of assisting us with a broken system and quoting a new one. Kevin and helper did a quick and efficient job of installing our new system. Would highly recommend using Total Comfort Solutions.

Tyler, Spencer, and Troy did a great job of diagnosing our 89 year old dads wall heater issues and have gone the extra mile to do the warranty work and actually brought over 3 heaters to keep his house warm overnight until they could get the work completed. Just don’t think that the “big guys” Would have done this. Would highly recommend them for any heating and cooling problems you might have or keep them in mind in the future.

Our gas fireplace stopped working days before the critical weather alert for severe cold temperature and heavy snow. We contacted Total Comfort Solutions and they ordered the parts needed and got our fireplace working perfectly prior to the cold and snow arrived. The technicians were polite and friendly and worked until everything was perfect. Total Comfort Solutions has always completed any service we have ever needed with incredible accuracy. I highly recommend them for fireplace and heating and/or cooling.
