A contractor friend turned me onto Freedom for a project we’re working on and they did a great job with it. I had them work on my personal home and had the same experience. Professional, kind, knowledgeable, they execute. And they clean up after their job! This was a little unusual for me and for sure a bonus. Plus, I received a follow up courtesy call from their office to see how all of the electrical work was doing. This was also a first for me! Who picks up the phone and calls anymore? I love this and highly recommend them!

Freedom did an excellent job. David Hightower and his crew sought out effective and low cost solutions to a few obstacles. They also completed the project in a timely manner with attention to detail showing a real interest in our needs. I will certainly contact them for any additional work and will refer them to others.

The workmen were pleasant but didn’t seem like they knew their job fully and installed one switch incorrectly and had to come back the next day. When we had a question about one of the fans they installed they discovered that they had not tightened it down securely. Another fan installed wasn’t quite working properly and my wife had to point out the fix!

We had damage to our weatherhead after a strong storm moved through. Freedom came out within 4 hours of my call and had it repaired. They are honest and quick to respond. I received a quote from another company and it was almost 3 times the price of what Freedom charged. We will definitely use Freedom again!

This company is incredible! Honest, hard working and very reasonably priced. I needed a couple of outlets put in, with one having a dedicated breaker, and they got it all accomplished for me. Johnathon at Freedom Electric has been amazing. All of them have been amazing. From the very start, Johnathon led with integrity and informed us that we didn't have to re-wire our entire home like we thought, he suggested other services that were much more cost effective and solved the issues that we had with our home. They came out quickly and moved so efficiently thru the house fixing outlets and adding new ones. I thought we had at least 2-3 days of work to be done and yet they had it all done in like 6 hours! Wow! When it was brought to their notice that an outlet was forgotten, they immediately came back out and added it. I was called by Ms. Beverly at Freedom and informed that we had overpaid for services since the work had been completed so expeditiously...... seriously?! AWESOME! Like who calls you to give you money back? People with ethics!
We had some weird issues after the work was done (it was being caused by another outlet that they didn't work on) and they came out the same week and quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it, with no added cost to us. I'm seriously so impressed with their quickness, efficiency, and dedication to getting the job done right. I also want to note that all of the gentlemen were very respectful of our home and my kiddos- that means a whole lot!! I'm very grateful to Johnathon and his entire team. Thank you so much for everything!
