This company has done a great job for us. From the owner, Jonathan, to the office workers, Sharleen and Beverly, to the installer, Jerad, everyone has been very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Jerad went above and beyond many times onsite to do his job with excellence and communicated with me very well to make decisions on setup and equipment needed. I would recommend this company to anyone!

They were quick to get me on their schedule which I appreciated. They were also very clear in communication on when they were coming. Guys were very nice while here. I will be recommending them and using them in the future!

I called them and they came out the next day. I received the quote and agreed to the terms. I was told it would be about 3 weeks I said ok. about a week went by and I decided to call them and found out I wasn't even on the list and they couldn't tell me when they could get to it. So I found another company and it was done in 3 days.

I couldn’t be more appreciative of Freedom Electric. Called them first thing this morning and they were able to get someone out right away. Jonathan was prompt, courteous, and professional. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour or so. I will definitely call them first if I ever need another electrician.

I was amazed with Assurance Restoration!! They were so professional!!. I had a water leak that spread to a carpeted room next to a hard wood floor. They assessed the damage of the-carpet, and how much water was in the wall and under the hardwood floor. They have these instruments that checked every nook for water. They carried off the damaged carpet, and left 5 strong machines to dry out the water. They said they would take care of everything even ordering and installing my new carpet and of course, they are working directly with my insurance. I was amazed how professional and easy Assurance Restoration made it for me.

When our house flooded late on a Saturday nite from a water feed line, I didn't know who to call. It was literally a finger stab on a list of damage restoration services. It was a lucky random choice for sure. Assurance reps were at our house within 45 minutes and made quick work of clean up, removal of closet carpeting and soaked items. They met with insurance adjusters, worked out a very generous full replacement of every damaged portion of the house which was extensive. The home is 100% whole again and looks great! Every single person with Assurance was kind, capable, trustworthy and made every effort to please us under stressful conditions.
