Servpro recently repaired a water heater closet for us. I made a call to Clint Stubblefield late Friday heading into the weekend and he had me in touch with Austin who was at the house the same day. I was amazed with Assurance Restoration!! They were so professional!!. I had a water leak that spread to a carpeted room next to a hard wood floor. They assessed the damage of the-carpet, and how much water was in the wall and under the hardwood floor. They have these instruments that checked every nook for water. They carried off the damaged carpet, and left 5 strong machines to dry out the water. They said they would take care of everything even ordering and installing my new carpet and of course, they are working directly with my insurance. I was amazed how professional and easy Assurance Restoration made it for me.

When our house flooded late on a Saturday nite from a water feed line, I didn't know who to call. It was literally a finger stab on a list of damage restoration services. They met with insurance adjusters, worked out a very generous full replacement of every damaged portion of the house which was extensive. The home is 100% whole again and looks great!
