Do not use them they are crooks and lie , don’t trust this company , u will regret it I sure did bc they tore my place up before they got any approval from my insurance and flooded my house bc they thought I had flood insurance , the woman in the office cussed me called me stupid bc my Insurace wouldn’t pay called me terrible names screened at me I was in shock by the way she was screening at me and the other employees just stood there didn’t say a word ...i’m being honest and don’t want anyone to have to suffer like I did with the way I was treated, they are NOT a honest company

They came and took care of my issues and all the water so i didnt have to do anything and got everything back to normal. Very good company. I would recommend.

Our sunroom had leak and water damage to the room. We contracted Assurance Restoration on May 30, 2018. The roof replacement and restoration of the sunroom took over a month and a half and was finished on July, 20, 2018. Today is August, 7, 2018 and the roof is leaking. I called Tim Thompson and he said that he will be out tomorrow. I sure hope it will be taken care of quickly. We found Assurance Restoration through Home Advisor and will never again trust contractor without personal reference.

Highly recommend Assurance. They were fair and repaired my carpet and walls after a flood. They were all great!

I spoke to Dave on the phone and Troy was at our house before I knew it. We got some great advice from their team, and their quality of service is more than impressive. I’ll definitely use them again!

Within a matter of hours of the flooding at our church assurance restoration showed up, and began working to secure the situation, and eliminate potential future damage. We were very blessed to have contacted them, and may I add very excellent to work with!

Assurance did an amazing job repairing water damage at my elementary school. They were very accommodating to our school schedule and communicated with me throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them.

Assurance sent one of their workers, Jose, and he was very nice, worked hard, he went over and beyond to make our experience a good one. We had a drain leak and wall and floor was ruined. They are still working on it, but it is looking great!! So glad I chose Assurance, would definitely recommend.
