Constraction reviews in Tulsa, Oklahoma

I've Seen First hand the Hard work and Dedication TCP puts into all its projects, further more the Quality and Response time was Great. I am more than satisfied with my Bathroom remodel. Mr. Plaud him self was very Professional and Respectful. Loved him and his Crew.

Attn Subcontractors:
Carlos Plaud (contractor)
Daniel Yuan (homeowner)
Jason Duke (project manager)
Been in this business for 12 years now (tile contractor). We did a job in Colorado Springs for these guys (2 bathroom remodels, and a kitchen backsplash); Liars, Lack of Knowledge when it comes to the trades, and worse, at the end of the project decided to negotiate our labor pricing. I should've stopped working once I knew that some tradesmen were living in the homeowners house while doing the work. 1 month project, turned into 3 months of negotiating what to pay us, mind you the work was all done. We finally got paid today. Carlos Plaud somehow turned the homeowner against us. I feel taken advantage of and worried about other clients getting taken advantage of. Leaving this review is the right thing to do.

Great company

Reliable and Efficient with their services!.

AC Owen was great to work with on several occasions

Great construction firm that provides exceptional quality and services to their clients.

Bill's Electric loves working with AC Owens. They treat us like we are a trade partner, which is one of the most important things to us. They have great leadership throughout,

Highly recommend AC Owen. We have worked with them on At least 10 different jobs. They are organized and coordinate the work well. Highly recommend them as a General Contractor or Construction Manager.

Our firm (KKT) has completed several projects with AC Owen, and they have been a great partner to the project. They support both the design team, and the client during construction, making sure everything during CA goes smoothly. Thanks AC Owen!

Always a great experience working with AC Owen Construction. They have a professional team that gets the job completed the right way! I have worked several projects with their team and have hired them to complete a project for our company and they do a great job!

They did an awesome job on our renovation to the Muskogee Swim & Fitness Center. The project Superintendent was very easy to work with, communicated well, & handled issues promptly.

AC Owen Construction has served as the primary contractor for three significant projects on our campus over the past few years. These projects, which collectively total over $4 million, have all been successfully completed with a level of professionalism, efficiency, and quality that speaks to their high standards that we have become accustomed to.

Throughout our working relationship, AC Owen has demonstrated exceptional expertise in project management and execution. They have proven to be safety-conscious and responsive to our needs. Their team has always ensured that each phase of the project was completed in accordance with safety standards and with minimal disruptions - critical for our campus environment.

One particular project stands out - where AC Owen went above and beyond. Faced with an extremely tight timeline, their team delivered the project on schedule, despite the time crunch. They met all of our requirements without sacrificing quality. This project, like all others, was completed within budget, and with minimal change orders.

AC Owen Construction has consistently maintained open lines of communication. Their team is always easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we have had. This level of accessibility has made them a trusted partner on every project.

I have no hesitation in recommending AC Owen Construction for any future projects. Their dedication to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction has made them our go-to contractor for the foreseeable future.

If I was asked this is who I’d point you too.

Nice people to do your business with

Horrible experience. Very unprofessional, poor quality work and contractors were very rude...

Left concrete splattered everywhere, walls, gate, and back slider. Do not use this company!

Great people to work with I love how much detail they put to the work being done, I'll recommend this business

Awesome job! Laid a patio and walkway. My neighbors and friends live it. They followed my personal design to perfection

Very professional!!! Communicated well and did awesome work. We did a driveway and sidewalks, we demo'd an old storm cellar leveled and laid sod. Looks awesome!

These guys were amazing!!! Worked everyday, all day until project was done. Polite, clean, excellent quality work. My retaining wall looks beautiful. Their attention to detail was superb.
