I have been working with my home warranty company (HWA, who has been a NIGHTMARE) to get my AC issue resolved. Vision Air was contracted the work and they have been amazing at helping me get this service completed. Everyone I have interacted with there has been friendly, and more than willing to help however they can! Excellent service.

Great company ! Adam quoted a complete HVAC system plus an additional return air vent. Came in several thousand dollars lower than the competitors.

They showed up on the scheduled day and time. Very professional install and great customer service. They left my house cleaner than when they arrived.

Vision Air installed some large HVAC equipment for our 200+ room hotel, and we couldn't be happier. Not only was it done in a timely manner, it was the best price of 3 bids.....and not just by a little bit. I thought they were very reasonable price wise, and their response to my many needs was at the very least timely and professional. Thanks to all the guys that helped us out at Vision Air!

Fantastic service, knowledgeable Technicians, and great pricing, what else can you ask for!? Replaced the two existing systems in my home and have absolutely no regrets. Came with two year service agreement and will update if any issues arise. Overall very happy with my choice. :)

The best company all around!! Not only for their top notch service, but also their compassion, and relationships they build with their clients, they truly look out for your best interest, and will not screw you over like a lot of other companies out there! We have been forever grateful for their services in fixing our heater on 2 different occasions, their service was very speedy and super friendly. One of our calls was even a holiday weekend, I have a lot of medical problems and extreme cold and heat sends me into severe pain, as well as many other medical emergencies! This company was my life savor! We will NEVER use another company, they will have our business for life! If your shopping around please quit shopping and give them a call, I promise as their extremely happy customer you will not be disappointed!

Great Quality and Excellent Experience from beginning to end. They did a complete install at my house, taking the old heat and A/C units out and replacing it with 2 complete new systems that are very energy efficient. Very highly recommend! We called, Danny came out and we had our new system the next day. Great deal and very fast install. The entire experience was fast and friendly. The office staff was also friendly and knowledgeable, we immediatly had quotes. I will for sure recommend them to anyone needing work done.

Great response time. Most HVAC companies charge an arm and a leg to respond to an issue after hours, not vision air. The staff at vision air was very understanding and did not charge me extra for coming out after hours. I have had 2 different service techs at my house, both were very respectful and seemed like quality people. My problem was fixed, my capacitor was replaced, and my Family never woke up covered in sweat. Thank you vision Air, most honest and reliable employees around.

Out of the blue I decided to call and schedule visit on a Sunday. Lo and behold I actually hit a human on the phone. In fact, I was told I could get someone onsite that very day!
Instead (dreading weekend pricing) I asked about availability that week, and had someone Monday mid-day.
Tech came through and was super courteous and knowledgeable. He did not mind my numerous questions or constant hovering.
Within about an hour we had looked over my two systems and the tech had cleaned my outdoor fans.
All in all I was quite impressed with the quick response/availability and the expert work. I will certainly look to utilize their services moving forward.

I ordered a picture window from them in early February. In mid April my appointment was 8-10 am. They did not communicate with me during the in between, or confirm the day before, so at 8:30 I called and was told at 8:30 that he was loading up and he was coming straight to me. 1.5 hours later, the installer showed up at my house. When I noticed that the window was a side by side and not a picture window, I called my salesperson and he told me to let the installer finish and the salesperson said he would call me back. The installer finished, as I was instructed to let him do. The window is crooked when opening it, the screen doesn't fit and the salesperson did not call me back, nor did the office. They both said they would. The installer tried to force the screen to fit and when I pointed this out, he said he would order a new one. When I pointed out the window was crooked, he said it was supposed to be? ‘I promise you’, he said. Really?! Nobody from the company called me back. I am waiting for all of this to be made right and I will edit this review if they “edit” their work.

Staff was very helpful, order was finished in a timely manner and product was explained for energy efficiency, which was my main priority when visiting Window World of Tulsa.
I would recommend them highly for any remodel or new build project!

Window World installed 10 windows, and a patio door back in Aug. Since then I have had their installer back out 3 times to fix an issue with the patio door, and it's still not fixed. At this point I'm pretty sure they aren't even giving my messages to Dustin the Installation Manager because I haven't gotten a call back in 2 months.

Corey is a great and a personable salesperson who communicated with me from start to finish. The crew was outstanding they even came with a leaf blower to blow away all the little particles that were around the driveway. The new windows were also wiped down to perfection. I couldn't ask for a better salesperson or install team. Window World is the bomb!!

The roofing team at window world went above and beyond my expectations on our roofing project, not only on quality, but price as well. Great job!

We've had windos from Window World for 19 years. Had a breakage from mowing on dining room window 3 weeks ago. Called and gave them the serial number, they're making another, and will put it in...all at no charge! Their warranty is amazing! If we ever move, they will do new windows for us again...we're thoroughly satisfied! Wonderful, friendly customer service!!!

A great experience with Window Worlds when they came out in 2014 to install windows and a sliding glass door. The crew was efficient, prompt, and even corrected a badly installed sliding glass door that had been put in by a previous owner. I recently had to have the screen door replaced and the Window World technician came to my house, took the screen door back to the factory, installed the screen and reinstalled it back on my back door - all while I was at work. I came home to a new screen door and didn't have to take time off from work. Exceptional service!

I'm still waiting to get my windows installed. I'll tell you what has happened and you decide. We got a few estimates, and WW was in the middle but only had a 4-6 week lead time, which is why we selected them. I called to change the style of one large window, and the salesman told me it would drop the cost about $100. When another salesman came out to update the estimate, it actually increased it $100 (a change of $200). I went along because I really wanted my windows before summer. Then we waited. No word. On the Monday of week 6, I called to see if they were coming. "Because of the rain, we're behind 2-3 weeks." So we wait. I call for an update after two weeks. "We're still behind about 2 weeks." Now I'm getting frustrated. Call back the next day to complain and finally get an installation date... in three and a half weeks! If (doubtful) they actually show up when they're scheduled, I'll be 10.5 weeks instead of the 4-6 weeks promised and $200 higher than the salesman quoted me on the phone. No employee of this company was remotely apologetic when missing deadlines and never once called to inform me they wouldn't be installing on time. The most infuriating part is that the quotes were literally a few hundred apart from the more reputable companies. I wish I'd done my research.

Hands down, home run! The house is 60yrs old, last windows were installed in the mid 70's. My salesman was professional, friendly, and very helpful. The installation team, freindly, knew thier job, repaired/updated the window frames, got the windows in tight. VERY happy with the whole experience. The price is very fair! It's been 3 months, ZERO issues, has made a big improvement! Will be calling them when I'm ready for more window replacements!!

Even though we didn't end up buying from WW, they were great to work with. I didn't realize until a bit further into the process that we need windows sooner than they could produce the windows otherwise we would've give through them. Kendall was SO helpful in explaining all the different types of windows, options, and uses for them. The prices were reasonably priced as well.

If I could have given them a zero rating I would have. My house has siding and they installed 13 windows and of those only 3 were storm windows. The installers left wood exposed around all the windows. I called them and they told me it would be an additional charge of 975.00 to fix what they did. My salesman Corey told me since they were storm windows they did not know what might have to be done till they pulled them off my ? was why I was not told this up front. And since there were only 3 windows that were storm ones makes no sense to me why I should have to pay for their mistake. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I will never recommend them to anyone. They were dishonest from the get go. So if your looking for Windows I would recommend you take your business elsewhere.
