Ordered a storm door for the front door, and asked for it to be installed. The installer wouldn't install it because the vinyl siding covered part of the brick molding. Said they would have to add 21ft of molding and charge a $75 for an Idle day. No mention of any prepwork need when I ordered the door.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I bought a toilet for a rental property and took it 75 miles one way to install it. After installing it, i find there was a 4 inch crack in the tank from the original casting manufacturing.Of course, it took45 minutes to figure out there was a crack--I checked everything 3 times.Since I couldn't leave tenants without toilet so i took pictures and patched the crack with some waterproof putty. Next day I went to the store to get a tank that wasn't defective. When i spoke with the manager on duty, he informed me that it "wasn't defective--that was just an unfortunate manufacturing problem" (direct quote). He told me I would have to buy another toilet and bring back the old one with the original receipt and after they determined it was bad they would issue a refund. He further told me that he would never allow any merchandise to leave the store without being paid for. I argued that I had paid for it but what he gave me was defective and he therefore owed me the tank. He refused to stand behind his product or his store so i left. A couple days later went to the Delaware store and asked I could talk to their manager. I told him the story and he was horrified. I showed him the picture and after checking stock from my receipt, he immediately took me back to plumbing, opened a box and gave me a replacement tank that was not defective. He told me there was no other way to look at it--the first tank was defective. He also told me I did NOT need to return the defective one--the picture was evidence enough. That is how a store should be run--the exact opposite of how the 71st street store is. I will NEVER go to that store and again.

I drove 30 minutes to buy a set of tools and wasted probably $5 in gas but they locked the door 5 minutes early as I was walking up and didn't let me in. I could have been in and out in less than 5 minutes, I knew what I came for.

I came here only for this, I left home to get here for nothing, instead of tools at a discount for black Friday sales that ended today Sunday, I got $5 of wasted gas and an hour of wasted time. In the future, I'll go to Lowe's, which is closer.

Final price was the same as price quoted. Service was finished without delay. Excellent communication. Would recommend.

Injectable wall foam is one of the most amazing home efficiency products I have ever seen. Dan and his crew do amazing work!

Called in early August 2015 and left a message requesting a quote. Danny returned my call about an hour later and scheduled to come give a quote on August 6. He came and inspected the work to be done and gave me a written quote. We agreed they would do the work and he told me it might be a few weeks before they could do the work and I agreed. He said they would call 5-6 days before they came to do the job. It is now 11+ weeks and I have made 6 calls inquiring as to when the work would be scheduled-2 calls were recorded and 4 calls were answered by receptionist. Not one of these calls have been returned. My remodel has been stalled 3 months and the other contractors are not happy with the delay.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Oklahoma Wall Foam was very professional and did a great job on our house. They matched the mortar very well. This was an upgrade to our house that will easily pay for itself. Thanks!
