I went to their website and requested some information on some of their products and colors, I am trying to get some prices for my house that I am residing , well it's been 3 days and haven't get a response yet, if they can't reply to an email ( yes I ask not to be called I ask for an email reply) I don't think I want to do business with them ,the part they don't know is I would have spent quite a bit of money, I can tell you there are other companies out there that have given me the same information I ask for from this company in less than 24 hours.
So take it from me shop around, if they won't send me the information what kind of problems would I have with an order? -
Just had RonCo construct and install 2 new windows in our bath remodel project. Ron and his crew were easy to work with, professional and got the job done right the first time and ON TIME !! Thanks Ron!!

Diane with Ronco was a delight to speak to today. She was very helpful and solved my problem with getting a new splash guard custom bent for some guttering. I was even able to pick it up same day. Thank you!

They just use random contractors. Some are good and some are not. I had good experiences with them until I did not! Owner would come out and then get irate when we told him the problems. Some crews speak English & some dont. MAKE SURE that if you use them you actually verify insurance!! Each contractor is different. We found the last contractor we used with Ronco let his expire & then Ronco was pushy and rude that we woukdnt let crew start until it was updated. Also MAKE SuRE that you get a timeline that the work will be completed by IN THE CONTRACT!! We didnt do this and the job took FOREVER with no reduction in price. I'm talking a job that should of taking less than a week taking 5 months! Hope this helps save some of you the headaches we incurred.

We bought windows which was supposed have a 25 year or more warranty shortly after having them installed we had 2 windows shatter it took several months plus I had to pay 250 dollars each to get fixed. Now just yesterday another one shattered. Will never recommend them to anyone as a matter of fact I had a neighbor that was going to use them until I told them haw bad they were. And a couple of years ago they came thru the neighbor trying to sell windows abd that poor salesman got a ear full. He said oh my supervisor is in the neighborhood he'll come talk to you. Yep never showed up.

Ronco replaced some windows for our two story home with custom arched windows. They ran into several unanticipated snags but worked hard, late and on weekends to get the job done before we closed on the sale of our home. Michelle was extremely responsive and Joe was dedicated to getting a tough job right before deadline. Really good people and good to work with.

We were referred to Ronco Construction by friends to replace several window glass packs in our home; two of which were unique because of the arch design. We were selling our home and had definite time constraints, which were met. Ronco is a family owned business and that sense of ‘family’ seemed to transcend down to us as a customer. Michelle was extremely personable, attentive, and accountable through the entire process. Joe, who installed the glass packs, possesses a personal standard of excellence that required no need to micromanage or peer over his shoulder to ensure quality work. Diane, the receptionist/front office, always had an upbeat, accommodating attitude. Our experience was extremely positive and it is without hesitation that we would recommend Ronco for any home improvement needs.

Very low quality products. Their vinyl siding is paper thin and brittle as if it’s really old or something. They don’t care. Charge a premium price for the lowest quality product.

Thank you Ronco!! For another
project well done!
After a series of remodeling project disasters we were hesitating to do anything else at all. ..(did nothing for 2 years)...
We had used Ronco to install a roof ( on a hundred year old + house that had 2×4 rafters and furringstrips and shake shingles still in place)- a great success, now 7 years later!
We used Ronco to match 30 year old vinyl siding and replace the front with new- another great sucess! Other companies did not want to bother. ..
We used Ronco to install special casement windows with the exterior grilles I wanted (or I wasn't replacing the windows!). Ron found and special ordered the windows and installed- a great success!
But this project was different- we had purchased the windows 2 years ago from elsewhere, the framing of old windows was totally rotten, careful not to disturb the existing exterior siding, gosh I hoped they would fit..
Ronco did great!! Thanks to Wade and his trusty partner- considerate of our old house, our modest budget, the scope of our project. They came promptly, did their work professionally, patient with me and my questions and chatter!
Now my husband is tickled-pleased to look out to our field through our beautiful modern, functional, non-leaky windows!
Thank you Ronco!- until next project...(rotten door)..will be calling soon.. -
Ron was very knowledgeable regarding a siding job I contracted him to do. He let me know it was steel and not aluminum, like the insurance claim specified. He even drove all the way to Wichita to pick up the matching steel siding. His turnkey price for replacing the storm damaged siding was very reasonable. The color he painted the siding matched perfectly with the undamaged siding. They did a great job of installing it, and it looks nice.
I would definitely use him again. He is very personable and nice. -
I must say up front... No renovation is going to go as planned. It's what happens with the contractor and how it's handled that makes the difference.
My renovation was unique. I required a bathroom revamp with some handicap features, I needed to enclose what was a formal living room into an office/den, and I needed new flooring in a bedroom and general things done. I moved my parents into my home and this was what was needed. I purchased the cabinets for the office/den from a cabinet company. All the rest of the materials came through Ronco. No problem.
They started with the living room conversion. New custom french doors. new flooring and they installed the cabinets that I purchased. The sub-contractor installing the cabinets did not get them quite right due to some custom things provided by the maker. It did not matter, Ronco told me it was gonna be right. They made it all perfect and the cabinet parts that needed replacement was taken care of by Ronco,
They revamped my entire bathroom with the Onyx collection "system" and it is top notch. All the way down to the shower pan. They converted my bathtub to a walk in shower with a new wall system, doors and fixtures with a fold down seat etc. I also had them re-use the existing vanity, paint it, and place a new top with a double wide "vessel" sink. We worked together. It was between me providing the fixtures I wanted and they handled the installation. (Thanks Ben)
During the install they did damage an electrical wire in the wall, they fixed it. They re-designed the tub plumbing to be a shower with extra nozzles. The new office/den got good insulation. This was another thing. I have never been able to run more than (1) TV show in the house at once. I can now have (2) shows going at pretty high volumes at the same time. Thanks Ronco (Lin) for the great insulation job.
They matched the trim. Now the wood is another thing... They have a wonderful wood craftsman that matched the existing wood floor where there was not one for my new office/den. He also constructed from scratch, not pre-made, (2) custom barn doors that separate my front part of the house from the great room. The openings were not made for barn doors and they took on an idea I had for a door and they made it happen. They are the right color, fold like I wanted and look amazing!
(Jim your amazing)
I know this sounds too good to be true but I really thank Ron, Michelle and all the rest at Ronco for taking care of me and my unique remodel. Did it go perfect, NO. No job is going to be perfect. I will say though, what matters is what they did to fix it. They didn't run from it, they took care of the problems and we went on to the next. Was it done in 3 weeks.... NO! I think if it would have been done fast then I don't think it would have been done the way I wanted it. So with the timing, it took a little while but in the end, I am sure glad they made sure it was right because waiting for the right person for the job is the right thing to do. You just don't go get the first guy that says he can "hammer a nail".
Thank You Ronco for a job well done! -
Installed the flashing around the chimney incorrectly. My roof leaks into my house. They won't honor their warranty. I've had roofers come out to look at tge problem and they are shocked at the shortcuts they took, used the incorrect material for the flashing, causing water to pool. Now, I h a ve to locate a company who will take the chance of repairing the shoddy work from RONCO!!! The woman who answered my call was rude too. I would NOT even recommend this company to roof a dog house much less a humans house!!!

I am pleased and impressed with Ronco Construction on the two window projects they have completed for me. The first was ten years ago when they replaced all the windows in my home which included two large custom picture windows plus transom in my Mid-century modern style home. They were accurate and efficient. Recently, a severe hail storm smashed one of my large double-pane windows. They quickly ordered the precise portion of the window and installed it promptly. Ron did not push or oversell to get me to pay for more than what was needed. He is very pleasant and easy to work with.

Marla is a very rude person, Her foreman hit my car in a parking lot yesterday. He then took off we got his license plate and the police called and said he needed to come back. I faxed an estimate to her this morning then she said I will call you this afternoon, they close at 5 pm I called and told her I would be more comfortable going through their insurance, she gets mad and hangs up on me. Then tells me she is going to ask her insurance to deny the claim. It was a hit and run in an unoccupied vehicle. WOW

I had been looking to replace my fence and my side gate for some time I just couldn't find the right fit... then I ran into Drew's page on Facebook and gave him a call. He came out looked at the job and gave me a price that I found very fair. Drew kept me informed on his timeline and when the job would get done due to the rain that we had received. Drew scheduled me for an afternoon appointment because he knew I worked nights. The crew showed up and got the fence up with matching side gate in one day... I got exactly what I asked for a private fence with a cap and a side gate with rounded top. I asked Drew if he could make sure to keep my cross off the old gate and add it to the new gate on our first conversation and he remembered. I am a happy customer... happy with my fence and happy how I was treated.

They do good, clean work. I’ve had them do two fences so far, and they are efficient and clean and even fixed part of another little section of fence that wasn’t in their scope of work. They aren’t the cheapest, but they use top notch materials. I’d use them again.

We chose Shepherd Construction to replace our wood privacy fence because theirs was the lowest bid and their reviews were excellent. We were not disappointed! Drew Stanley and crew were courteous, punctual and professional. They showed up when they said they would and finished in 3 days (would have been 2 but for some rain!). Drew went the extra mile in responding to our request for a bid, getting us a quote, and keeping us informed. We are very pleased with our new fence, and highly recommend Shepherd Construction.
