I moved to Tulsa last fall and after a competitive bidding process selected Patriot Construction to renovate my new home which had not had any TLC in a very long time. The headline is I was completely satisfied with Patriot. I was impressed by the detailed proposals and budget details ( its pulling teeth with many contractors to get bid details). They are transparent. Jordan worked with my wife and I through many iterations of the plan all the while helping us to understand trade offs and what needs to be prioritized. Todd managed our project and his combination of calm demeanor and broad expertise gave us confidence throughout the renovation - including problem solving when required. We came in on budget and on schedule ( no mean feat).

I have had renovations done in the past and this one was the most satisfying. I have no reservations strongly recommending Patriot for any small or large contracting project - good people, high quality and superb project management.
