Camps has done a lot of work for us - driveway repair, French drains, concrete pad/extension, & an entire patio build. All of it was done on time, great quality, & attention to detail. The crews are polite, hard working, & they clean up the site really well. Highly recommend.

We previously had Camps replace a failing railroad tie wall with a block retaining wall about 4/5 years ago. Loved the results; the wall still looks new!! Then recently we wanted to extend the wall to the back of our house. We were so happy to get in contact with Camps again! Their estimate was (as before) way better than other bids. They are efficient, friendly, and quick. We are so happy with the results, again. Communication was great, we knew what to expect and they listened to our input. If you need any drainage, retaining walls, landscaping, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to call and get an estimate.

Gabino and team have been so friendly, professional, and consistent in their communication from the start. Not to mention all of the work done is perfect. They took a non-traditional plan for a secondary garage which few others could and moved forward quickly, when others could not. While only the foundation had been poured and space prepped for the slab, we’re so thankful to have found them.

I’ll share more as the work progresses but wanted to share how rare it is to find an honest and well rounded contractor like Camp Contractors. *we live in Bixby, new to OK.

Camps poured a slab for a small shop for me. The garage door end was supposed to be 8-10inches high. They made it flush with ground. Every time it rains water come in under the door. The slab cracked 2 months after completion. Would not return calls.

Oh my gosh! First Havi...wonderful communicator. He and the crew are the best. Incredibly easy to work with, affordable, on time, efficient, I can go on and on... I had an old concrete retaining wall replaced with the versa lock blocks with drainage system ..beautiful.. it has really added so much not only to my property but the neighbors as well.. I have more concrete to replace and I will be calling them. Thank you Havi and team .. Great job guys!!

I'm not even sure where where to begin with my review of this company. From the very beginning, Gerardo was extremely professional and upfront with all of the costs associated with my retaining wall and the tiered steps that I wanted. Their workers were very thorough, detail oriented and did a fantastic job of making sure every detail was covered and that it was done right. They definitely went above and beyond and I could not be more pleased with the outcome of the project. The quality of work is above the bar!

They wrecked my place and refused to talk about it.

Residential repair did a great job taking care of some repairs I needed during the sale of my home.

I couldn’t even talk to the person on the phone without getting a massive amount of attitude over how I missed her answering the phone... did not even say hello and already dealing with this humans emotions... as if I called to listen to her problems..

Excellent work on home wall/frame repair and brick repair projects. The estimating process was detailed and the work done quickly and of high quality.

Called them on july 16 to get an estimate. July 24th still no contact. Called in on july 24 and the receptionist could not find any record of me ever calling. I email Jennifer the operations manager whom I spoke to on the 16th. She replied they were to busy and booked and now would be no longer able to help on this project. When I replied why she did not tell me this last week? Her reply was she did not like my tone. ( Tone through an email?). If they did not want to do the job should of just said so on the 16th.

Disappointed and got stress on job accomplished “poor job result”. Customer service is not good , keep defensive “poor excuse” instead of listening the issue and look what we pointed out on the job that they considered as done. . Better choose the option just to pay the remaining balance than choosing the option pay a lil bet more balance and fix those job that we’re not happy.

Our impression of this company has been forming since November 2014. We have found the company failed to make appointed meetings, failed to maintain their own schedules and failed in committments to their sub-contractors. We have a charred bedroom wall from a fire that occurred when they had an undersized extension cord powering our refrigerator (we have yet to hear "we're sorry" or "let us paint that over for you". I have ordered a load of top soil to fill in the ruts left in our yard from November through February.
We failed to read BBB remarks about the company before contracting with them; but, we concure that the owner is rude, disrespectful and not truthful.
Most of this company's employees are hard-working competant craftsmen. A few are under-qualified and/or untrained for taskes they were assigned.
We may find ourselves in a legal situation as a result of this company's business practices. We are very disappointed in this company's behavior and will gladly consult with anyone considering their employ.

Probably the best I have ever encountered. Bo Roach did my estimate and his customer service is off the charts. The quality of the work was awesome and they got on the job in an extremely timely manner. I got lucky with them!

We've used Residential Repair, Inc 3 times in 2015:

1. Repaired Soffit that had come loose from our roof - They promptly fixed this for us

2. Repaired Soffit on the East side of our house that had come loosed - Again, they fixed this issue

3. Replace 3 columns in the front of our house, repair soffit on the East side of our house (at the apex of the roof) - This time we experienced less than stellar service for sure. The employee they sent out replaced the columns, but failed to repair the soffit, and never contacted us about this at all. We were then billed 3 days later. Only after prompting David to come out and look over the work did we find out the soffit repair was never even started on (the excuse being the employee didn't have a ladder). I wrote to them to register my disappointment in their service and follow up this time, and to date have received no response. Unfortunately for them, this experience has soured us on this company.

This wonderful company has installed hardwood floors, replaced exterior trim, installed a sprinkler system and completely re sided my home. Jonathon and his teams take great care of my home and I will continue to call on them every time I need something repaired. My neighbors use them too.

Residential Repair recently completed my bathroom. They tore out my bathtub and turned it into a beautiful walk in shower. They surprised me at frame with a recessed soap and shampoo area instead of a corner shelf. The large tile looks awesome and they helped me mix different tiles for a great look. Peggy met me at tile stores and recommended great ideas. I found everyone I met to be nice and helpful. I could not be more happy with the end result.

I am very pleased with the work Residential Repair did for me. They were very professional and pleasant, and the team did a good job of installing a kitchen faucet, fixing an electrical switch, installing a new light fixture, and repairing two backyard fences. Also, the price was fair and reasonable.

Residential Repair was recommended by my Realtor and they saved my home sale. They repaired all the items (over 20) on the buyers inspection reports. The owner was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable with my wide variance of repairs. I will call them for all the maintenance on my home. So glad I found them.

Royal Roofing put a new roof on my house in 2015. This company, like Residential Repair, is [owned by Jonathan Knapp, who seems to be conscientious and knowledgeable.
Residential Repair came to my house on March 23 to give me an estimate on a small roofing and carpentry repair. After 30 days, I had heard nothing from "Bo" who was much better at talking than listening. I sent RR an email about 10 days ago, explaining the situation. Still no response.
Time to move on.

I've used Residential Repair several times over the years and have been pleased each & every time! Their staff and crews are knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy!!
I did have one issue with a repair and they bent over backwards to resolve the problem promptly and at no further charge to me!
I have referred several friends to them & they're quite pleased with them as well.
I will continue to utilize their services & continue to refer my friends!!
