Mr. Electric did an excellent job of adding a second ground wire to our home. Matthew, the technician, was great. Very professional and explained everything he was doing very clearly, and made sure I understood how it all worked, the warranty, and when to call them if necessary. Highly recommend.

Nick and Bryson recently installed a new outlet above my stove for a built-in microwave, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and efficient. They arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and made sure everything was installed safely and up to code.

The two guys who did the work did wonderful! They fixed my ceiling fan issue in a heartbeat. Installed a new flush led light over my fireplace that hasn’t worked in over 40 years. And they did a real clean and professional job on updating my fuse box from 1974 to 2025 code standards.

We had several electricians come out to install an EV charger into our home and they noticed our entire electrical panel needed replacing. We were looking at a serious fire hazard since it was original to our 50 year old home. Dustin came out and was above and beyond fantastic. He informed me of everything he found (I learned what the mystery light switch in my front room actually does) and gave lots of options for the repairs/replacements. He made Mr. Electric my go to for electrical work.

Matthew came out and provided a quote for outlet in the garage and Dustin was able to come out the same day and install the needed receptacle all up to code. All in the same day. Quick and efficient. Also, both gentlemen were friendly and professional.

Bryson B. did some work for us and throughout the process he was courteous, patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and an overall benefit to what is usually a stressful experience. Everything went smooth (especially for an older house) and whenever an issue did crop up, Bryson was able to swiftly diagnose and fix it. It was a pleasure having someone like him work on our house and we wish everyone that did were more like him!

We had a great experience with Mr. Electric. They were able to come out the same day for service, which we were incredibly thankful for. We had done our best to troubleshoot the issue ourselves, but really appreciated their expertise in identifying what was actually wrong.

Bryson Brown did a great job of replacing the thermostat of our electric floor heater. He was able to be at our house within 30 minutes of our call! We were delighted to get it working again before the bitter cold arrives in a few days! He was quick and professional. Three year guarantee on his work! We were very pleased!
