Genesis Electric has been our ‘go to’ company for all things electric for over 20 years. They can handle large to small jobs. In our case a home generator to an outlet in the hallway and many more jobs throughout the years. They are friendly and professional who treat you and your home with respect and care. They are prompt and on time. They give you a fair cost up front so that you can review prior to doing the job. We recommend them to all of our friends and we recommend them to you.

What an amazing experience with this company from beginning to end! We love these guys and have referred them out numerous times already. Ted came personally to our home to do the estimate and beat every competitor. We even ended up with a bigger generator and get to power the entire home instead of picking and choosing which things to run. Unlike previous Generac crews who were sent out to quote us, they accurately addressed areas of concerns ahead of time that would affect our install. We required extra gas plumbing and the contractor that they hooked us up with was wonderful and got the job done. Install of the Generac went very smoothly. Then we needed Derrick (bless his heart) to walk us through by phone on setting up the app on the phone--a little trickier than I thought lol---I consider myself to be decently savvy on these things but not so much on that one and Derrick gets a huge shout out for being able to walk me thru that by phone. So well done my friend! We HIGHLY recommend this company for your electrical needs and certainly if you're buying a Generac. Guys: please know that we are referring you to everyone who asks and even people who don't hahaha ;-) thank you for a job well done

The service received was awesome. They were more inexpensive than their nearest competitor by several hundred dollars. They were prompt, professional, clean installation by both them and their plumbing sub-contractor. Terrific bunch of true craftsmen to come to my home.

Genesis 1:3 did the annual service on my year old home generator. The generator has not worked correctly since they worked on it and would not return any phone calls. When I’d call, the call was sent to voice mail. Bad way to treat customers. Trust me…call someone else.

Genesis says that they did my service in October and I had problems in June. A generator is a motor. Do you need a tune up twice a year? A tune up should last a year, but it hasn’t worked right for months. I called multiple times and she said they didn’t get my call. Maybe it’s time to answer to phone personally….every time I call it’s an answering machine. Call Generator Super Store. They answer the phone personally and take care of your generator. Shameful that they are making the customer out as the bad guy.

I contacted Ted for a quote for a Generac home standby generator. He gave me a great quote on a Thursday and scheduled me for the following Tuesday for the installation of my new generator. Ted’s crew showed at the scheduled time and started process of installing the generator. Six hours later after his crew had done an excellent job we were ready for Derik to go through the start up of the generator and tell all about the operation of the generator. Everything went great from start to finish so I highly recommend Genesis 1:3 Electric for all your electrical needs and generator installation.
