We had a 30 Day Follow up on an ant problem we had today. SEAN was a delight for the second time. Checked all of his previous work to verify bait was being effective, and went above and beyond to verify our inside was good to go before doing his only required work which was outside.

Sean is a very friendly technician who cares and does a very thorough job. We asked for sticky traps for spiders inside next to our drains, and he gave us some, no problem! Wonderful customer service.

So far we have been extremely pleased with Thrive. They show up when they say they will show up. They are knowledgeable. They happily explain what they are doing when asked (and I ask a lot of questions). They will suggest treatments but do not push or make a hard sales pitch which we know turns us all off. Today, Sean went above and beyond to take care of the crazy tiny snails (which he knows we dislike) that seemed to have latched on to our house. He was also great answering several questions via text. I truly appreciate the extra effort! We are very pleased with Sean and the service we have recieved!

I'm very happy with their service! They always call when it's time for the next scheduled business, even before my calendar reminds me. Josh does a great job, is always friendly & knowledgeable, and I appreciate that he remembers how & where I like certain areas to be treated (or not treated). My technician, Sean arrived on the scheduled day and did a great job. He was very respectful of our home and cleaned the eves of any cobwebs or debris prior to treating. He also made sure our gate was shut and secured before leaving.

Sean's service was exceptionally excellent. He was professional, well groomed (clothing and personally), articulate and his interpersonal skills are quite good. He called to let me know he was on his way. He established rapport, asked the right questions and “listened”. Sean informed me what he would do, asked if there are any special areas for his attention, and kept me informed. Before leaving he remembered and "acknowledged" my points of interests. He also made a good recommendation about cutting back a tree to prevent spiders from tree-hopping to the roof and eaves.

We have been using thrive for several years now and they do an amazing job! We love everyone in their company who comes out to service our house, as well. They are very thorough in ans out of our house and knowledgeable on the spot when asked questions. Sean serviced our house last and he found and took care of things we didn’t even notice!
