I called to get two quotes for two properties I own for both service and maintenance. NOTHING. I called back a week later, spoke to the same person who apologized, came out, took a look at the lawn...STILL NO QUOTE. This company is awful.

I’m writing this on my dad’s behalf. Apparently they have “the best customer service” that he’s experienced in a long time. Told me you rarely get cs like that any more, kind of like an old time family store or something. He was thoroughly impressed enough to tell the internet.

I scheduled Oklahoma Facility services to do my landscape lighting and it looks amazing! I Have them coming out this year to do my christmas lights and my fall flowers and Hedges. Great services at a great price.

Called the number. On hold for a while, then received a text from another number saying “ Please text me”. No name or company name. Asked who this was and he writes “James. You called me.” Again not identifying he’s from this company. It went downhill from there. He definitely wasn’t interested in helping me. I hope he doesn’t deal with all your new clients.

Highest quality of work around. The attention to detail is bar non. The jobs laid out get done in amazing time and any changes made are taken into account. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are completely satisfied. I would recommend for future projects and use for all my future projects.

Absolutely amazing! I had a rental property in town that my tenant let the yard get out of hand. Contacted Oklahoma Facility Services and spoke with Josh who was nice and professional. He was honest about the process and and pricing. Everything was done in a very timely manner. Would definitely use their services again.

Absolutely horrible experience. They have been doing the lawn mowing and spraying for my HOA the last year. They literally ignored our yard outside of blowing neighbors clippings into my pool. My last straw was when they over sprayed my shrubs and now they are all dying. They showed up with attitude and refused to give me the owners name. I am going to be forced to file lawsuit. ** Their employees are very unprofessional"

Update 7/3/2020: Josh came out for free to retreat for Brown recluses. I was seeing one to two a day. Now, I haven’t seen any for 1 week which is incredible to me! Thank you for bringing back my ability to feel comfortable in my home! Great company! Very affordable!
