Edit: I was a huge supporter of Derek and his small business until he blocked my number and wouldn’t respond to my calls. I had an appointment to get my bi weekly lawn service and he never showed up. I thought that he may have gotten busy that day so I didn’t think much of it, I sent a text the next day and he never responded. Over the course of the next week I texted and called him once a day and was pretty worried about him because he was always very prompt at answering texts or calls. My wife texted him and he replied almost immediately saying that he could service the yard but when she said she was my wife she was also blocked.

I’m not sure if it was because he wanted a higher rate or what but I would’ve paid double if he asked always did great work. I recommended him to almost everyone I know in the BA community but I will not recommend him anymore. Extremely upset with the treatment My wife and I received.

Wonderful job of mowing, and trimming even in the hard places. Especially good at not getting grass in the pool. Always on time and does a great job. If you don’t have a landscaper this is the guy for you!

Derek Nelson is the very best! Don’t know what I’d do without him . Not only does he do lawns but he’s a Handyman. Nothing he cannot do. No worries when you have Derek Nelson helping you.

Derek has been great and always takes care of our lawn! He is the hardest worker and pays attention to detail. He’s the best!

Derek does a very detailed job and obviously takes pride in his yard work (pic)! He also offers additional services to keep your yard looking neat—such as planting flowers (pic) and trimming vines, tall grasses, and bushes, etc.—for an extra fee. For example, he removed the leftover sawdust from a huge tree taken out, filled hole with top soil (pic), and worked the saw dust into the flower beds (pic). He then relocated the rocks to frame a nearby tree to match another one out front (see pic). I'm thrilled to have found Derek because he does such a great job! Highly recommend! 🙌

Took down a tree across the street from my house. They took down a very large tree a put the whole tree in the street before they started cutting it up. They blocked me in my drive and blocked the whole street all day. When i was able to get out of my driveway when i came home i was unable to get back in until they made a path.

Had a some pretty high winds that knocked a tree through our bedroom ceiling at 1:30am we called Nosak and he got his team together and came out as quickly as possible. He got the trees off the roof and helped put tarps down to stop the leaking and is coming back to trim the limbs that broke. Great experience with the emergency tree removal services.

Wrecked my fence, yard, part of my roof, and crushed a 6’x6’ section of my driveway trying to remove my neighbor’s tree. Offered to fix the damage, at which point he busted a plumbing line. Showed up at odd hours of the night, told my neighbors he was trying to court me, ultimately became belligerent, and had to be removed from my property by the police. Hire at your own risk.

Thank you for proudly displaying our country's flag. Seeing the American flag displayed where everyone can see it makes me feel proud and.gives me hope. I pass it on the way to and from work and it's such a welcome sight! I was afraid y'all would take it down after July 4th.. I'm so glad y'all didn't. No matter how I'm feeling, when I pass your place, It makes me happy..

I got OFS as a referral from a few existing clients in our neighborhood. They excel in their landscaping knowledge and suggestions. But where they fall short is:
1. No one answers a call for becoming a new customer.
2. Calling back or emailing a quote on a reasonable time frame.
I know it’s busy season, and we may not have a huge budget for their services ($10-15k), but we have been trying to lock down something and it’s been over six weeks in the making. Just not a fuzzy feeling that they will perform as expected when they aren’t seemingly wanting our business. Hope you have better luck!
