This company does not seem to care about the integrity or health of trees & bushes. Does not trim with professionalism

I don't think you deserve 1 star. Your company was working across the street from my house on 8/10. One of your employees taking an extended lunch decided to throw his lunch in the streets. My husband should charge you all for having to clean it up.

Richard Watson and his co worker were extremely thorough . They removed a tree and took out a bush and cleaned up the yard. I was very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them.

I see a lot of bad reviews. This is a small experience but they trimmed a couple small branches for evergy. Two nice guys, trimmed some branches, cleaned the mess and went on their way. Even rechained my gate.

I came home from work to a pile of trees in my front yard. Not branches but large giant trees on both sides of my driveway. I scratch up both sides on my car just tryna get in my driveway. I understand if you need to clear the powerlines but you cut down half my trees and left them laying in my front yard.

A very professional group that did excellent work. Tree cutter Richard Watson did a wonderful jobb of removing large limb over garage. They removed cuttings left place clean. Foreman nik kept crew working safely and professional. Thank you guys

They came to remove a tree from my neighbor’s back yard. They piled all the branches into my front yard and left a mess in front of my house. Why would any company do business this way??

Update: I called the office and asked when this mess would be cleaned up. The lady that answered the phone interrupted me twice before I could tell her why I was calling. Then, she would not commit to having anyone coming to pick up the mess at all.

No contact… No warning.. Hired by PSO to do the neighborhood. Butchered our trees. I understand cutting back but cutting a tree in half. How is this good ? It’s just being lazy so you don’t have to trim it every year. I would of paid a true arborist to trim the tree like I did before if they would of contacted me.

This area is full of mature trees.

What an terrible experience! They butcher trees that are in no way in the scope of the job they were to do. There’s a big difference between 15 feet and 50 feet. If you want your property to look like trash Call Them! They’ll make anything look AWFUL! ZERO STARS! Not to mention they stand around doing NOTHING for an hour plus before they start trashing everything!!

These people are terrible. They have been doing work for PSO in Bixby and they just butcher the trees, destroy your property and move on. They don't care about your trees at all. Half of my elm tree is gone, and if there is another ice storm, the tree is falling on my house. They don't care. And PSO doesn't care because they just want to hire the lowest bidder for the job. Do not hire these people unless you want more problems than you already have.

My neigbors tree fell in the road. City blocked the street. So instead of backing up and going around the block the driver decides to drive thru my yard to get to the other street. When i approached him he ignored me. Had it been the edge of my yard i would have been ok. But not thru my yard. Lucky my grandkids were not in MY YARD playing. yes the conpany will be getting a phone call from as well as the city, better business bureau and consumer protection. You don't oay my property taxes so kep your trucks out of my yard.

Not even working on my yard but my neighbors and have blocked my driveway everyday as well as knocking down a power line and lights I have on my back porch. They only thing they said was “oh if your internet is out we will call someone for you” terrible company

They spent two days cutting down a very large oak tree in my yard. The first day the temperature hovered around freezing all day and they worked the entire time. The second day was not only cold but raining and ounce again they worked hard all day. The equipment they were using was up to the task to say the least. The final piece of equipment was a rake and a plastic trash can. These guys have been the nicest, hardest working crew I’ve ever had the pleasure dealing with. Their big truck with a grappling arm is outside finishing up the job as I write this review. Thank you for doing such fine work. Working today in the pouring rain shows a work ethic not often seen these days. Best wishes for this new year guys! Stay safe!!

This guys were at my neighbors house about a month ago trimming trees for the city ,They were letting the branches fall near our truck scratching our truck i then told the climber guy what they did he then had his “boss”look at the truck and said he would talk to his boss which NEVER! happened so i called Asplundh and they kept saying they would have the claim guy call me.After like 5 attempts he finally came to look at our truck and said he would call me on the same day which never happened !He also said that the “boss”told him that he never came supposedly because I had said that I didn’t want to talk to him WHICH WAS A LIE! Claim guy called me the next day just to say they were denying the claim because he’d spoken to the crew and said it was only one small branch and that it was dog scratches on our truck 🙄which was another lie because i was watching them work the whole time and it was more then one branch that scratched our truck.
Be careful with this people they will cause damage and wont take responsibility!!
Btw They do not clean after there mess

When disaster struck our neighborhood, this team seemed to be on it. We got quick responses at first with courtesy and grace, but havent seen any followup. We're still living in a bit of a mess several months later.

And I was so confident in the beginning! Bummer.

Following up that things were rectified

Crews in neighborhood (north Bixby) doing service pole clearance work. Workers leaving pee bottles, cigarette butts, and plenty of larger twigs/post work debris on lawn as to make mowing difficult. Only one extra star because I called and the person I talked to was great. This is unacceptable and I can’t imagine how many other yards this is happening in.

Saw 6 of their trucks sitting around doing nothing for over an hour. I assume they're working for the city since the power has been out!

These people chopped down and butchered the trees on 12th between main and Boston in Tulsa. I have never seen such a fetish for destruction. They should have Tree Butcher painted on the side of the trucks

Same terrible experience as everyone else. Came in my yard without permission by sending people to the door who weren’t speaking English trick my son into allowing them into my backyard and completely destroyed 70% of the trees they needed to trim. Then offered me $300 to completely remove the trees.

Asplundh truck #37 drove to the lines in my backyard traveling through my front yard. I now have deep ruts the entire length. Who's going to put my "once" beautiful yards back to original condition? Has anyone considered legal action.

This is a company that does not take any accountability for their actions, use someone else that cares. I live in the Tulsa county area and they did a job for one of my neighbors. They parked their mulched machine in front of my driveway and drove off without cleaning up all their mess. They left shavings and a bunch of twigs in front and in my driveway. I called their office and i got a smart aleck answer from a lady with the promise a supervisor was going to contact me about the situation. Long story short they never called me and i had to clean that mess up myself. Do not use them if you need some trees trimmed up? Hire a business with dignity that does the job right. They have three star reviews for a reason and they don’t even deserve that.
