They are doing tree trimming in my neighborhood. My yard happens to have an Oklahoma Redbud in it that they ARE NOT supposed to touch because it's the state tree. They almost completely destroyed the tree. Three crews previous before this one refused to touch it because of it being the state tree. It will take a miracle for the tree to start growing again but we are going to try. Came into the neighborhood with no warning and they don't care whether anyone in the area works overnights like my husband. They have no idea what they're doing, nor do they truly care. They just want their paycheck.

Mark and Lane did the tree work in my yard. They were both amazing. They were very kind and courteous and worked diligently to make sure the job was done right. It started pouring down rain so they weren't able to finish the job that day but they came back a couple of days later and took care of it. I would like to give both these gentlemen kudos for job well done!

Hard working guys. Friendly and considerate of your property. Thank you for coming to Depew Okla and trimming the limbs away from the power lines.

came on property, last week, sat around on their phones for over 3 hours only used an extension Lauper on 5 branches. then sat for another hour then disappeared for hour and a half. came back with chain saw and completely butchered the tree on the easement side to the trunk which is 12 feet from easement. so not sure why they cut so much. End of day they said they would return next morning to cut more. not sure how or what more could be cut. and clean up and blow off property. Came back next morning sat in the truck for an hour and a half in front of house never got out never cleaned the mess they made and drove off. still have not returned. saw their truck next door yesterday but still did not return to clean debris all over my back yard and front yard. Crew sat around on their phones 80% of the time they were here.

How many times will they come back to trim trees in the area? It has literally been months of having to hear incessant beeping and grinding. I am a 100% disabled veteran. I have had to deal with this company parking their trucks outside of my house and not doing work for hours. In the meantime somehow they've had to come back at least four times to trim trees. Is there any reason they can't trim them property by property? Why do they have to go down one side of the street and then next week send somebody down to do the backyard and then the next week send somebody to do the other side of the street? It's like they're deliberately trying to ruin any kind of quality of life in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The message is clear, Tulsa doesn't care about its residents and hires crappy companies like Asplundh to do lazy, sub-par work while completely disrespect residents and their property. Complaints are ignored by Asplundh. This company has no respect for the sacrafice of veterans.

Came by to remove limbs from power lines, but then left fence gate propped open. I wasnt a fan of them smoking pot during their break but what got on my nervea waa leaving the fence propped open. Spent a good 20 minutes walking the neighborhood to find them.

The Tulsa location came in late August/early September and trimmed trees from the power lines, that great thank you. But they have left all of the cut limbs never came back to pick up or mulch or anything. I called them 3 weeks after to ask if they could come pick up the debris they said they would let the foreman know. It’s now the end of October and they are still here. Do better!

⭐ 1 Star
Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC was contracted to trim trees around the power lines on my property. What they actually did was remove far more than necessary and leave behind what can only be described as a gouged-out gap along my property line.
The result? My yard is now visibly exposed to the street and surrounding area in a way it never was before. The privacy barrier that existed for years was aggressively cut back beyond reasonable trimming for line clearance. The aesthetic damage is obvious. The functional impact is worse.
No communication. No discussion. No apparent consideration for property boundaries or proportional trimming.
Utility clearance does not require stripping a property bare. What was left behind looks careless and excessive, not precise or professional.
If this is their standard approach, homeowners should demand clarity in writing about exactly how much will be removed before any crew shows up.
I am extremely disappointed with the outcome and the lack of apparent restraint in how this was handled. -
