Great experience today! Our dryer vent system needed a lot of work and Jeremiah did a wonderful job! He was patient, friendly, respectful, and very professional. We won’t use anyone else! Thank you for doing a great job for us!

It was time for a dryer vent cleaning and I decided to shop around and see what my options were. After an extensive search and review session, I decided on Twist and Turn. I got a good gut feeling about them that turned out to be more than I expected. I'm so glad I chose them. I made the appointment online and it was very easy. On the scheduled day, I received text messages on the arrival status and arrival was on the dot. Jeremiah came out and was extremely personable, professional and informative. He did a complete dryer vent cleaning and also took my dryer outside and blew out all the nastiness that had built up over the years. When he was done and hooked everything back up. It was like I received a new dryer. It was making noise before he serviced it and now it was completely quiet and running perfectly. He then took the time to answer all mine and my wife’s questions. Needless to say they have earned a customer for life. Give them a call; you'll be glad you did.

Amazing job! They were very thorough making sure to clean out all blockages from both inside and outside. They did a great job of cleaning up afterwards as well. Great experience! I can't wait to see how quickly my clothes will dry now! I will definitely make sure to do this annually from now on!

Mitchell was courteous, kind, friendly, and professional. The team was in and out in 30 minutes as promised and even provided me with measurements of my dryer’s airflow before and after service which clearly showed a large improvement after they were done. They sent info ahead to help us know what to expect, as well as reminders and texts with estimated time of arrival. We just had Mitchell out to clear our insanely clogged dryer ducts. He was so friendly and did a great job explaining everything, and took the time to make sure all the junk was cleared from our 3 stupid 90 degree bends. We’ve used them before and found them to be honest and super helpful. Would absolutely recommend!!

Jeremiah and Mitchell came to my house to clean my Dryer Vent tube. They did an excellent job! Very knowledgeable and professional. I had it cleaned about 1 1/2 years ago, but there was a lot of new, and old, dryer lint and even the remnants an old bird’s nest that had been pushed down the 22-ft long tube.
