Excellent service. Arrived on time. Cleaned dryer vent from both directions and checked dryer performance before leaving. Both servicemen were polite and very knowledgeable. Their prices were very reasonable for the service they provided. Highly recommend this company.

These guys were on time (early actually), very professional and knowledgeable. Fixed the original roof vent that was not designed for dryer use while they were there. Super efficient, the whole process took less than 30 minutes. 10 out of 10 recommend!

I'd just inherited the home from family and wasn't sure how long it had been since the dryer vent was cleared out, so after a bit of web searching and word of mouth I found Twist and Turn. The flat rate was more than reasonable for the assurance so I scheduled an appointment.

Mitchell was prompt and courteous! He came in and immediately set to work with minimal issue. He cleaned out the hose and did a minor repair, even going so far as to clean out the lint left behind in the laundry nook because, as it turns out, the duct was not totally connected to the Dryer. I had no clue and there was no telling how long it had been like that! I'm super grateful for his work and attention to detail. I will definitely use this company again in the future when I need a professional clean out or other vent work done. Thank you all so much!

I cannot express how much I enjoyed working with this company. They came to clean out my dryer vent, but I also had an issue with the connection prior to them coming out that they came to fix as well! They are extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and very kind! They go above and beyond the service call as they were trying to help with other things while they were here that they certainly did not have to do! They were respectful and made sure to turn off lights and cleaned up before leaving. And on top of their excellent service their pricing is beyond fair and reasonable! I cannot recommend this company enough! Very pleased and will definitely use them again!

Mitchell was a pleasure to have out to inspect my dryer setup. He was happy to go underneath the crawl space and investigate where the dryer was venting out to. He was very honest and knowledgeable about the situation and found recommended alternatives to the setup that I can have done.

He took the time to look at my dryer and answered any questions or concerns I had. He was also great to talk to about anything from dryer lint to the Lord of the Rings!

I will have TNT out again for any dryer issues that may occur and recommend them to anyone that needs dryer or vent maintenance. There is a reason that the company has all 5-star reviews! It is an often overlooked issue that can have drastic consequences if not maintained properly and I appreciate the service they provide!

Had a lot of work done to improve air flow. Worth it

We have lived in the house for over ten years. The dryer vent which is routed through the slab had never been cleaned.
Professional and friendly service. The gentleman that cleaned our vent was one hard working dude. First a measurement of air flow is taken for a base line comparison. Then clean, clean then clean again until nothing was picked up in the vacuum. Then a final check to ensure improved air flow. Result, a dryer vent cleaner than a colonoscopy prep. In addition to the vent duct, a thorough internal cleaning of the dryer, and a new improved flexible vent hose between the dryer and the vent connection was installed. My wife saw the difference in the dryer’s efficiency on the first load.
Great company to use. Clean your dryer vent regularly for safety and efficiency.

Jeremy and Tyson fixed a fire hazard by venting my dryer through the roof instead of the attic. While doing this, they found leaks in the attic from other roof vents and performed a water test to locate them. They made temporary repairs before an expected storm and provided a detailed report for the roofer to fix the leaks precisely.

I highly recommend... they were professional and very efficient. My dryer was taking 3 times as long to dry when it should of only taken once they came out cleaned my vents and dryer is running even better now.

Extremely nice service worker! Very Knowledgeable and friendly. I really liked that they let me know when he would arrive. I am Really pleased with service and being shown issues inside our dryer! We recently purchased our home and was unsure of the dryer age but we thought we should hire professionals to clean it out and I am so happy that I did. The best customer service I have ever experienced! We called seeking some help after a trash bag was sucked into our air duct while we were changing the air filter. It's August and in Oklahoma and we were worried it would harm our air conditioner in the heat. I called Twist and Turn, told them the whole (rather embarrassing and funny) story and David immediately recognized that time was of the essence and agreed to come help. Within a few minutes he was here, and the trash bag was quickly removed! Saved our air conditioner and what would have been a very expensive repair. When I asked what we could pay, they said they were happy to help, it was near where they were working already and only took a few minutes. I feel so blessed by the friendly and quick service over the phone from Amy and from David. If you are looking for good, neighborly, and honestly just the best people, give them a call. I had been meaning to schedule my dryer vent cleaning so I got that done too with Amy's help. Wish I could give them 10 stars!!
