Did an excellent job I needed help getting my rental house clean last minute. They squeeze me in day of on a Friday really got me out of a bind.

Melissa was such a wonderful cleaner. She had such a careful attention to detail and even cancelled her plans just to help me get my home in order. Her main focus was for my health, cleaning my windows with bleach to eliminate any mold. She was also wonderful with my pets, very personable, and professional about her work. You can tell she takes her work seriously and is a highly trusted individual. I’m going to request Melissa for all of my cleaning needs.

Tulsa Maid Co makes setting up a cleaning very simple! I love their add on features so you can easily request any detailed cleanings. Highly recommend!

HAD TO UPDATE !!! Hired this company to clean a house which was too overwhelming to do myself. Let relatives live there while I was gone 6 months. Tried to get it done myself for a couple of months. Just too much. It was really bad. Did I say it was really bad ?!?

For what they did - more than fair - worth every bit of the $1040 cost with $200 tip. The crew even left a poingent note upon leaving. Also, for the trust they provided - more valuable than any dollar amount could ever buy. Really.

Left 2 city bins full of trash and recycle full also. Additionally I had 2 - 33 gallon trash cans in the house which they also used. All great !!

Only problem ?!? One of the inside trash cans weighed nearly 70 pounds and the other weighed over 100 pounds !!!!

I don't mind the removal of such a large amount of food and trash. It's what I hired them to do. They did a really good job. But as a disabled veteran who has difficulty lifting 15 pounds - this is completely unacceptable. Why not less in many bags ?!? Even if I could lift it - the bag is never going to hold it. A mess for sure and a catastrophe just waiting to happen. It doesn't matter if I'm a disabled veteran. The weight in those trash cans would be difficult for most anyone (or two)

They for sure had a five-star but after trying to more the remaining trash out of the house - it's a 3-star for sure. Really disappointing end to what I wanted to be and thought was a satisfactory process.

HAD TO UPDATE AGAIN. Got an email today from “Caleb” asking me to submit a review - in a superfluous email as I had previously submitted. Oh, it was from a “no reply” email - so I thought I’d update the review again.

Hey Caleb !! So glad you reached out about a review. Yes. I received a previous request to submit a review. I gladly and immediately left a very positive review.

However, the following day as I began finishing the cleanup I grabbed the 2 - 30 gallon trash cans I had left your employees to use. Problem was they both weighed at least 75 pounds and one was much heavier than the other. There was no way I could have ever attempted to lift either to the rubbish bins after they were emptied. I noted this on the review I had posted previously on an update. Main problem with this is, other than being extremely heavy, I left 2 rolls of bags for the receptacles - which I know they used as they were double bagged. Why not 4 bags at 35 or 40 pounds or even more at 25. If I'm spending $1000 to clean my house - I'm not really worried about $2 worth of trash bags.

Then today. Went to run the garbage disposal. Stuck. Not really a problem but would have been nice to know. And yes, your employees were responsible.

So, as good as I wanted this to be, and for the most part it was, but for having to ask a relative to help me empty trash, and having to crawl under the kitchen sink to fix the disposer kind of took the shine off of pretty good service.

Tulsa Maid Co and their team were so helpful in assisting us with getting a disabled Veterans home deep cleaned. the Veteran was super pleased with the service and so was the medical care-giver as the veteran need a deep dusting/clean due to health reasons.

Shannon showed up promptly at our appt time, which was very appreciative. She did an amazing job, doing a deep clean on an apartment that had 4 years worth of grime built up! I would definitely recommend her services again!

Ugh the holidays… so we needed someone to help get the house clean before leaving on Christmas vacation. Caleb was super awesome and worked us in the very next morning. This was a surprise for my girlfriend and now we can spend our weekend having fun and doing festive things instead of cleaning the house. Melissa did a great job and she was so nice. Obviously everyone can be a little worried about leaving someone in their house alone… not Melissa. She was so great and looked professional. I’ll definitely keep calling Tulsa Maid Co..

This was my first time ever using a cleaning service. I finally took the plunge after returning from a work trip and just not having the energy to keep up with my weekly routine. I was able to schedule next day service on a Sunday which was awesome. We weren't home for the service but Shannon did a good job and even organized our TV center and kitchen bar area. We're in the middle of refurnishing and decorating so I really appreciated that extra touch. We will certainly be booking again!

I live out of state and booked a cleaning service for my parents and they made it so easy. My parents love it. They help them out a lot which is nice to know they are being taken care of. Thank you!

The cleaners at Tulsa Maid Co were great! We had them deep clean our bathrooms and it was totally worth it!

Our move in cleaning experience with Tulsa Maid Co was fantastic. Caleb walked me through everything and made sure we had everything we needed. They were very accomodating to requests like using our own products on the hardwood. Ana was so lovely and did a fantastic job cleaning. She took the time to understand our space and what we hoped to get out of a move in clean. The house is so much nicer now that Ana worked her magic! We are excited for them to come back next month!

We hired Tulsa Maids to do a cleaning of our house after move out. Melissa arrived on time, was an outstanding cleaner and stayed until the job was done. I have been looking for a service and have tried a couple that didn't work out. The girls who came to do a deep clean my house today did an outstanding job. I will definitely be having them clean for me on a regular basis from now on.

We booked Tulsa Maid Co for a move out clean on a rental property. It was easy to schedule, communication was great. They arrived on time and got the place looking better than when we moved in! I highly recommend them. Great value for what you get!

They do not actually clean your whole house even when that is the service you pay for. They deep clean one or two rooms and claim you will have to continue paying for deep cleans. Meanwhile the other rooms are not touched.

They did a good job. The place looks nice and I hope I get back my security deposit.

We contacted the company on a Sunday, and were able to schedule a service Tuesday morning. We greatly appreciated their quick communication and support. Betsy did a great and very detailed job, we would use her and Tulsa Maid Co services again.
