They are always on time and very quick to respond to any needs I have whether it be lawn care or landscaping they are ready to help.we have been using tnt for multiple years now and can’t say enough about them.

I have no doubt that TNT does a great job with landscaping as the reason I contacted was my neighbors use of them and how beautiful their landscape looks.

However, I am disappointed in the communication received or lack there of. I contacted them initially 4-5 times and finally got in touch, they came out, gave me a proposal for landscape design which we agreed would occur in 3-4 weeks due to early cold Spring. As time approached I heard nothing and begin sending emails, leaving VM’s and texting to schedule for which I never heard back! I would have appreciated anything, as we waited for over a month with no communication. We ended up going a different route just so that we had flowers in mid May prior to the heat of summer!

I would have been happy with just any kind of communication at all. As a sales professional, I personally understand how important it is to communicate and respond to clients. It would have been fine to tell me they couldn’t do the work but to ghost me after sending a proposal for work is unacceptable. Hopefully others have a better experience as it seems their work is good if you get that far!

TnT came out and in about an hour emptied my yard of leaves. They gently worked around my wives flowers and cleaned the flower beds. Carefully worked around Christmas decorations in the yard. Couldn't of asked for a better job. Thanks TnT, see you next year.
